TOGO'S Sandwiches

I stopped by togos at el Camino Real in Mountain View to buy a sandwich and the guy with a ponytail was rude and treated me like he is the owner, he try to give a piece of bread that looked deformed and smashed on one end I didn’t like how it looks asked him for a different piece and he said that he don’t see anything wrong with bad attitude , l decided not to take it and walk away, he didn’t care for my business .

Quiet visit and what a great tasting Asian chicken wrap. I enjoyed that healthy version of an Asian wrap of goodness. Well made Mr. Manager!

Absolutely delightful experience! The moment I stepped in, the aroma of freshly baked bread was tantalizing. The staff was incredibly friendly, ensuring every detail of my order was met with perfection. The sandwiches were a symphony of flavors, each bite bursting with freshness. I have been eating at Togos since 1976. My biggest complaint is pricing, you no longer get value for price. In my opinion these sandwiches are too expensive for what you get. Many other shops are about $3 cheaper for the same size sandwich.

They barely put anything on my sandwich and when I saw her making another person's sandwich they put more then they did on mine. Then she was rude about it when I said something.

I live near and always place my oder online for pick-up. My sandwhiches are ALWAYS prepared neatly, nicely and accurately. This location is accessible and has a spacious parking lot. Inside the shop is also pretty spacious which I can truly appreciate. So thankful you guys exist. ?

I ordered a large # 4 with extra meat add turkey and salami with Chipotle mayo. I feel like I didn't get what I paid for. First of all the sandwich is extra dry and it doesn't look like there's extra meat on it.

I've been a loyal customer of Togos for over 15 years, coming nearly every week and always loving their kind staff and sandwiches. However, I've noticed a significant dip in food quality recently that's been quite disappointing. The ingredients have gone downhill, with once vibrant whole peperoncini now being flavorless. The pepperoncini and other fresh vegetables were the main draw to Togos for my family and I, but they are now cheap and low quality with the recent changes.

Additionally, they've introduced these confusing self-pay screens that make the ordering process far less efficient and enjoyable. I’ve seen multiple customers frustrated by it and it only makes the lovely amazing staff’s job all the more difficult. Sad how management makes the decisions with no consideration for the staff who have worked there for so long.

The staff here is wonderful, and it's sad to see them caught in the middle of these changes. It's clear that the out-of-touch management's decision to cut corners and implement these self-pay screens was a misstep. It's really disheartening to watch a place I once adored for its quality and service go this route. I hope they listen to their loyal customers and make the necessary improvements.

It was my first time ordering a sandwich from Togo’s, the picture on the website was stunning and honestly it was what made me order but the food wasn’t that great for the price, not a great taste, for me it like if the sandwich was missing something I’m talking about flavor maybe some condiments, whatever.I don’t think I will order again.

Best Togos in the south bay. Great staff. They give you a reasonable amount of meat of your sandwiches which is not the norm for Togos Inc.
