Everything was great. The brown sugar boba milk tea and oolong teas are very constant and exceptionally delicious. Hands down. With the recent popularity of the shop the wait times are sometimes a bit long, but the online pre-ordering is really convenient.

Normally have an ok experience coming but recently has gone down hill. Today's was the worst.
Ordered coco mango jasmine bloom and popcorn chicken. Had to wait 20 minutes AFTER the text saying my order was ready to get food.
Outside of cup was covered in the drink getting it all over my hands. Popcorn chicken was cold making me think the text timing was right and my food was just sitting there for 20 minutes. Waited almost an hour for the entire order from start.

They’re super slow at making orders around opening time. We waited 30 mins before we got our drinks. There were only one other couple when we placed our order so it’s not like they were busy. It’s misleading to be “open” when they’re still prepping and not ready to serve customers. To make matters worse, they made someone else’s drink first (we saw the order timestamp on their cup).
The drinks were mediocre. The cheese foam was grainy, as if they were rushing to make it. The barista was stirring the batch and had a questionable look on her face. There are so many better options all over the area.

These are the most affordable and trendy tea shops in the Bay Area. They keep on innovating and bringing new flavors, which keeps things new. It’s very cleanly at the location. The good nice tried is the popcorn chicken and mini tenders. The mini tenders are better than the popcorn chicken. These days, it’s all about the summer peach drinks.

Nice staff with good boba. It is a little on the sweet side. Good portions but Verde has better pricing. Would recommend if you like unique drinks.

we visited the store after dinner and it was very crowded, we ordered some drinks and snacks, it was very busy and it seems like they are understaffed, the staff were trying to make the experience a bit better by taking our orders rather than the long line for kiosk, the drinks came out decently quick but the staff told us our food is gonna take a little longer. overall the drinks and food were good, staff answered our questions well and gave us some scented tags. i highly recommend the new peach yogurt drink!
