Pros: Nice atmosphere, pink decorations (!) and there are tables inside. The tea we got was ok, and you self-order in a table that gives you many options to make your selection as preferred.Cons: It took quite long to get the order ready, even though there was no line.

This place is so cute and has a pink aesthetic. They have a mystery drink where you can tear open the bottom of the cup and get a stuffed animal.I loved the house milk tea. It was perfect and had a refined taste.Ordering your drink is done on your phone with a qr code which i didn’t like. Thankfully they also have an iPad in store to order from, which is much easier since the screen is bigger and easy to navigate. Use the iPad kiosk.

Ordered a black tea + popcorn chicken + tofu addons through their POS system. Staff waited 27 minutes trying to call the owner and see if they would allow it (without informing me of what the issue was). Ended up cancelling and asking for a refund...except they kept their Umetea Service Charge.
