Their website implies they are open for take-out during the quarantine. $57 online prepayment later, I go to the door to find a sign posted they are closed 3/18-4/1. grr. Fortunately, Menufy customer service had already emailed a follow-up, so I had a channel to escalate. After a week, they were unable to reach the Unamas franchise owner on multiple tries, they said. I am forced to dispute with my credit card company. BEWARE.

Writing this poor review makes me so sad, because this Una Mas location used to be my favorite place to go eat during lunch hour, back when I still worked in the area. Over the years that have passed since I started eating here in late 2016, this place has deteriorated in SERVICE QUALITY. I want to reaffirm that the food also just doesn't taste right anymore, and one time I did feel queasy after eating one of their once-delicious burritos. My biggest complaint for this place, however, is about the service. One day in particular, I was actually in disbelief at the atrocious attitude that was displayed by the young, pink-haired cashier girl. It's been a while since this happened, so I REALLY hope that girl isn't there anymore. There was a misunderstanding on the burrito I ordered (it could've been either me or the cashier girl), and I ended up getting the wrong burrito. When I went back to the cashier to politely ask for a replacement, this kid literally started cussing at me and denying that she got the order wrong. She said these exact words "No you f***ing didn't." when I told her that I actually ordered one of the other burritos on the menu. Her coworker promptly came out to soothe things over and started taking my order, while the cashier went to the back kitchen area. From there, the coworker kept looking into the kitchen area, and it was OBVIOUS that the cashier was talking smack about me. First of all, was this such a big deal that the cashier girl had to react in such a way? Second of all, even if it was a big deal, was her reaction professional and appropriate towards a paying customer? NO. I really hope that girl is not working there anymore, because she is the epitome of what the service industry should strive to avoid in an employee. Ridiculous.

Very bad quality. No where near to what Mexican food tastes like. Inexperienced chef.

One of the most disgusting places I've ever eaten at. Should have known when I walked in...the place smells like rancid grease. I took two bites of my taco salad bowl and threw it out. I'm sure this dump has a hundred health and sanitation violations lurking being the counter.

We ordered the cheese quesadilla and the margherita salad with chicken. The chicken on the salad was ok but the salad didn't seem too appetizing. The cheese quesadilla wasn't good and there was something crunchy in it, almost like sand. Didn't finish it. The chips didn't really have any salt or flavor.

The truth is, I love Mexican food! Their chicken grilled fajita plate, and chicken grilled fajita burrito is amazing! They also have authentic drinks like Jamaica and Horchata... Which makes the Mexican food even better.

I go to this superb place often since I enjoy the special atmosphere that is characterizes this place. The personel is awfuly friendly and experienced. The service is extraordinarily fast. Most important, the food you eat is great. I visited often and I was always joyful. The pay is modest. I highly suggest this restaurant to to all.

I dropped by here to get a bean & cheese burrito. Now I'm considering not letting my child eat it. As I was sitting at one of the tables closest to the kitchen, I was able to peek through the bottom of the glass cover that had snowflake stickers (it's almost December) and noticed that the man making the burrito was not wearing gloves. I witnessed him dropping shredded cheese on a tortilla without wearing gloves. Then after adding the grilled vegetables, he handled and folded the burrito with his bare hands!!! He was making the customer before me's food. I didn't want to cause a stir inside the restaurant so I thought I'd let the owners know (if they hadn't already known about it) through my review, and to forewarn future customers of possible unsanitary food preparation practices. I really hope this Una Mas on Grant Road will change that because that is improper restaurant hygiene and is not sanitary, especially if they're grabbing the cheese out of the container which the cheese is stored. They will have inoculated the cheese with harmful bacteria. I read a review that a couple of people had started to feel sick after eating here. Improper hygiene was probably the cause of it. I really hope this restaurant changes their "no glove" policy. I'm gonna just forgo the bean and cheese burrito and chalk it up as a loss. I don't want my child getting sick over an eight dollar burrito. It is so not worth it!

Food was slow and my burrito was mostly rice.

I keep coming back thinking it will be better but I'm dreaming. I usually get una mas from de anza college cafeteria and it's much better at that location(or any other una mas). I love ordering the fog head burrito but this place blows. Their burrito feels like it consists of 60% rice 35% beans and 5%meat and other stuff. Every bite feels dry as if I ordered a bean n rice burrito . This has been a consistent problem here .

This place shoyld have 0 Stars. Walked in hoping to get a mexican dish that was Yumm. However, the food was bland and clearly not fresh. We ordered chicken fries and chips and guacamole. The chips were ild and tasted weird and the fries were flavorless. We through all yhe food in the garbage and left. Then as we sat to eat at another establishment the COOK comes out of the restaurant with his apron on and works on his car. Pouring closy water which was retrevied from the inside of the restaurant. Disgusted....

Today the cashier took about 20 second on their cell phone until they acknowledged that I was in front of them. Their interior and tables needs major upgrade as you can easily flip the table over if you lean on one side of the table. Come here if you want to waste time and money!!!
