Service is fast & friendly. Smoothies are healthy & made to order. Nice little place but you can easily overlook it. I go once a week before my overnight shift. Healthier & better than coffee or other smoothie places. A must try for those striving to be healthier.

I stopped by Vitality Bowls recently and had an awesome experience! The food was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed. But what really stood out was the amazing service from Levi super kind, helpful, and brought such positive energy to the place. Definitely coming back again!

I visiting this one. I frequent vitality bowl stores. The person there might of have been in training. They servwd me a small portion of acai serving when I ordered a LG and food items where missing in bowl. I went back and I asked for my items I ordered for, I did not complain about the portion size because one I wwas really hungry and two I felt bad for the person . They i think they were trying but they need more training or find a other job. The customer in front of me complainted about her shake they order and the front person didnt agrue but was not hearing her concerns that the shake. The customer was disapppinted and left with the shake. Starbucks, & Peets does not do that. They would apoligize, make it over, ask you what something eles you may want Or give back your money. I thought that was bad customer service on the company's behalf and my acai bowl was a half made correctly and I did not get the full portion. I felr ripped off excpecially how $$$ they are. I will not go back to this location. The parking in the back is great thou for castro street.

I was in the area and was curious to try VB. Levi, the store mngr thoroughly explained a few items from the menu. I decided to try a nutty bowl w/ extra peanut butter per their suggestion. I was not disappointed. It was delicious and an adequate portioning. Next time I am in the area I will most definitely stop by again.

Levi, the assistant manager, was super nice & mentioned the deal they had going to for July 4th (tomorrow) to save me 50% off a VB. She was funny with the brief interaction & when I walked up to the counter a second time to request the bathroom key it took her less than 5sec to see I was there & immediately came to see what I needed. I see a lot of “long wait time” reviews, but we got our large VB in less than 5min. Maybe it’s the other staff, but she did great for working the shift on her own. (At least we didn’t see anyone else simultaneously working)

If you like to wait 30+ minutes for a simple order, see water leaking from the roof into buckets on the floor, and not be able to order multiple items on the menu because they are out of ingredients even though the place isn't busy then this is the place for you.

Great Acai bowls. They custom make your order after you order it, which can take a while if they are busy. So I always order via the app, so it's ready when I get there.

Either they need more staff or the staff is super slow. Order waiting time is excessive..
Please improve waiting time if you want to improve your customer service, no one is happy to wait more than 45min for a fruit bowl.

Ordered a power pesto chicken bowl. The bowl had over 90% grains. Very disappointing!
