They’re consistent, always delicious and no matter if I DoorDash it or go in person, the portions are the same which I have noticed is different for other places. Definitely one of the best vitality bowls I’ve been to.

I’ve come to this place a few times and feel I can leave an honest review. The weekend staff is usually very friendly and able to make good menu recommendations. The food and smoothies have always been tasty and their portions are adequate. No skimping of anything as has been mentioned in other reviews, but this is my experience. My only issue with this location is that the service is extremely slow. I do not expect my food to be finished in 2 minutes, but waiting 20 minutes + for a smoothie is jarring. The menu has a blue hue that makes it difficult to read but not impossible. This isn’t enough of a deal breaker for me to not place an order, but it definitely affects how often I frequent this business.

I was a big fan of this place ... until I got my latest bowl. Look, when you charge $15 for $3 worth of fruit and granola DON'T CUT CORNERS AND CHEAP OUT!
They changed the acaii base (it now tastes worse), my banana was so ripe it was almost rotten, and there was almost no honey on my bowl! I expected a delicious healthy treat, and got a bland unsweet bowl with almost rotten bananas ... and paid $15 for it.
You owe me a *good* bowl Vitality Bowl; that one wasn't worth $5.

Weekends take really long. Waited more than 1 hour for a bowl, which is insane. Something needs to be fixed here.

Extremely slow service. We had to wait for 2.5 hours for our pickup order.. Should have given headsup it would take time so we could chose another option. Completely wasted our afternoon

Amazing staff, food was so yummy. Went back the next day to try all the other bowls. The wellness shots are also extremely good.

There were zero other people in the store and the two smoothies took 16 minutes. Also a $13 smoothie? Crazy. Never coming back. Why the heck did I tip?

I come here five times a week amounting to $100 per week. I order the same thing every day: the large superfood bowl. Today I ordered my bowl at about 9:18am. The confirmation email stated I would have it by 9:34am. There is a new guy working at this location and he doesn’t know the menu items. After waiting much too long he handed me a bowl with peanut butter and almonds. Neither one is in the superfood bowl. So I went back and told him. He then handed me what appeared to be an identical bowl. He tried to tell me I had asked for almond Butter on top but I had not. I didn’t get my bowl until 10am. Two other customers waited as long as I did. We were all frustrated. This is unacceptable. A new trainee who doesn’t know what he’s doing cannot be left alone to handle the morning rush. Levi is usually there and she’s amazing! And there are others who work here in the mornings who are great. This guy didn’t even apologize for his incompetence.

When they are open and you get your food, it’s great. But they often don’t open on time, leave their “open” sign on/sandwich board outside when they’re closed, and their posted hours are inaccurate according to one worker I spoke with. It shouldn’t be this hard to figure out when a restaurant is open. I’ve run into this problem about 4 times in the last year. HOWEVER, when you do get a bowl, it’s delicious and the produce is fresh and ripe. (Hence why I keep trying to go lol)

Dragon bowl only comes in a medium or large. Why? The entire medium bowl has 4 pieces of kiwi 2 slices of strawberry. Some nuts. Apparently the pineapple is blended into the mix. Why i don’t know. And why you can’t get it in a small is a total waste. Half of this is going to waste. $17.00 with a $2.00 tip in the trash. Atmosphere and service were good but the bowl was a waste of $19.00.

I got the nutty bowl. It was great, but you could make the same thing easily at home. I guess you could say this about many things though. The service was not great, as there one women working. She was very shy. Not great for customer service. She was rude to the little boy who came in after me. That being said, unlike other reviews, my food came out quickly. This spot has huge potential, since the location and quality of the delicious food, but the inside is very sad. However, 4 stars since my bowl was great, and that’s what I came in for.
Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian except for the steak wrap and bowl. Vast vegetarian selection. 99% percent of the menu.
Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free and vegan. Some bowls have honey but you could ask for a swap with maple or simply to remove it. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated here as the food can be easily personalised.
