I got the nutty bowl. It was great, but you could make the same thing easily at home. I guess you could say this about many things though. The service was not great, as there one women working. She was very shy. Not great for customer service. She was rude to the little boy who came in after me. That being said, unlike other reviews, my food came out quickly. This spot has huge potential, since the location and quality of the delicious food, but the inside is very sad. However, 4 stars since my bowl was great, and that’s what I came in for.Vegetarian options: Everything on the menu is vegetarian except for the steak wrap and bowl. Vast vegetarian selection. 99% percent of the menu.Dietary restrictions: Most items are gluten free and vegan. Some bowls have honey but you could ask for a swap with maple or simply to remove it. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated here as the food can be easily personalised.

I love the food here, the smoothie bowls and the panini pressed wraps. But this location is barely operational sometimes. They're short-staffed, often with just one person, and you can't even talk to them when they are in the back making food. Order ahead, or you may have to wait a long time. The Mountain View location hasn't upgraded to the payment system that allows you to use Vitality Bowls gift cards, so the money I spent on one was wasted.Last time I went, the microwave was on the fritz, so they couldn't heat the food that I had ordered, and the employee didn't know how to refund my online order.Another time, they forgot to read the customizations I had selected in the app, so my kid was upset when his bowl had the wrong toppings. If the owner would just spend a little more money on operations, this place would be 5 stars.

Don't expect much from this business. My wife is having a baby at El Camino Hospital and the only thing she has asked for since being in the hospital was a fruit smoothie.Called this place and asked for a quick smoothie as a one off. The representative wouldn't budge as a one off favor and told me to use the app.As a soon to be dad who has zero time to download an app, create an account, load a CC, and place an order I would think that they would try to accommodate or care in the slightest because they had the chance to do a good deed.Well done Jamba Juice, you have a customer for life!!

There is advertisement for $3 off bowls with an app, I installed the app, the app showed the reward but the lady at the register couldn’t process it because the code I got didn’t work. It should have been taken care off, unfriendly service and false advertisement.

Vitality bowls had the right açaí to satisfy my tastebuds, but I wasn't too wow-ed by my overall experience. We came here on a weeknight and had no wait. I expected prices to be steeper since we were in the heart of Mountain View, but I felt like $13 for a small bowl plus 75 cents per additional topping was a bit much. We got a kids bowl (which was an okay portion) for about $15 including extra toppings, tax, and tip. I liked the texture of the açaí but felt like toppings were a bit sparse (I think there could've been more strawberry and could barely make out the honey drizzle). Staff were pretty friendly and got our order out quickly. Overall was pretty satisfied with my experience but have had tastier açaí for better value.

Recently, the bowls have been getting worse and worse. I like this location because it is close by. They used to fill up the bowls to the rim or at least decent. For the last 4-5 times, the bowls have been getting less and less. I keep thinking "Oh maybe they will fill more this time". But gave it so many chances. I don't think it is happening and I don't know if I will come back to this location.

Got the tropical bowl - yummy! Nice and cold, pretty, and reasonable size. Staff was nice, and bowl came out in 5 min. Minus one star just as it's a bit

Usually pop in here and there after getting my coffee next door. Service has gone down a lot, staff never smiles. It looks like they don't want to serve you. I did not previously have this experience. Issue with staffing and management and lost their good friendly workers? Who knows. Big turn off. A blonde male made my what what supposed to be a wrap flat. When the asian girl makes it it's always full and what it's supposed to look like. Nice place to study, clean at-least. They do have a private bathroom which is a plus.

Super busy location here. Its small but it's always clean! I recommend ordering online through yelp or other food service apps and just come to pickup. Probably why their location is smaller too. I always get the Nutty Bowl but for some reason this location always has multiple frozen chunks. maybe because they are super busy.... Its not that big a deal just a little annoying to get a bite of it.

I asked for a morning glory wrap, they took like 15 mins and I'm not satisfied with the money-size

Pretty alright açaí bowl - not super thick, but not watery either. The bowl did take a hot second to make, but I get that they make every one after the order and fruit has to be cut up and all. I did notice that compared to the store in Sunnyvale, they didn't have as many options available for extra toppings. It'd be cool if they had hemp seeds or almond butter, etc.

Came after a pickleball session for something refreshing and tasty. Ended up getting the nutty bowl because I really enjoy peanut butter and bc gainz. Unfortunately the bowl didn't really have any peanut butter that I could taste :(. The granola, bananas and acai was good otherwise but the lack of the nutty taste was a big disappointment. Service was friendly and attentive while ordering. Not sure if I would come back since these bowls are pretty expensive normally and I was let down.

I found the acai bowl to be delicious, fresh straberry and bananas neatly sliced, drizzle of honey and crunchy granola. Service was fast and corteous. Only suggestion is rearrange indoor tables now that Covid restrictions are gone.
