Tried meat only, brisket, tri-tip, and pulled pork since on keto diet right now. Brisket was tasty & tender with a good amount of smoke on it, just how I like it. What's the point of bbq if you can't really taste that the meat was smoked? Also enjoyed the tri-tip & pork. When I am in the area and have a hankering for great BBQ, which is often, I'll be back

We bought pulled chicken and pulled pork for a celebration after our church service. Both were very tasty and well received. The only issue was as we were serving, the “pulled” pork needed some more work to be able to serve individual amounts.

Dropped off Piskiss Barnswallow's son, Privily to his folks here in town, because he ran away from home, and ended up in Napa, and gave me a call for help! I don't really blame the kid much.. his mom, Prudence can be pretty strict at times...like all the time! But you gotta realize the kid is 30 years old, and deserves a little freedom!
