A nice surprise, I thought the wings would be dry and too salty. It was spiced just right and still tender. We had garlic, BBQ and a Buffalo wing type. A great snack/meal to share.

They charged me for four conbos and they only gave me 3, it's just that and we can't do anything and if you want the rest, wait 15 minutes which becomes 30

Cashier didn’t give me a receipt, picked a second flavor for me without asking me first and he was talking to me in a weird suspicious way. Wings were horrible. Half of the order ended up in the trash because it tasted bad but also because I had a feeling and also suspected the same cashier did something to it…Other than that, wait time is too long and it’s pricey for the quality.

Came here with my boyfriend yesterday and it was a terrible mistake. We ordered 10pc Louisiana Dry Rub (bone-in), 8pc Lemon Pepper (boneless), 6 Hot & Spicy (boneless), 2 combos to dine in costing me about $50 and at the time of my order it was just two employees. Liseth however was helpful, she took our order and was on it.We waited 25 minutes for our food. The wings were okay, my boyfriend's fries were good however my basket of fries were half good and the other half were like burnt small pieces which were not edible for me. I have mixed feelings about coming back. It wasn't a bad experience necessarily but the wait time was crazy for paying $50.

Bad costumer service, arrived there to pick up my food, and there were three ladies that obviously saw me. Did not proceed to greet, instead proceeded to have their own conversations, and continued doing what they were doing. Until one of them went up to the front to grab something, smiled at me and went back to call someone else that had seen me earlier and finally helped me.

Terrible service, Estefany is always so rude and has an ugly attitude toward the customers. Can't even say "Hi" to her because she'll roll her eyes at you. I went in yesterday (Sep. 30th 2023) and there was a father and son ordering in Spanish (seems as they didn't know what to order or how to order) it took them a while and before they were even done she walked away from the counter and when she was walking behind them they said "I think we know what we want to order" she sighted and scratched her head like this was an inconvenience for her. Regardless if it takes the customers a while to understand how to order she shouldn't be giving attitude, thanks to the customers is why they have a job. I've only been to this location twice because of her, I always try to great and be polite by saying "hi, good morning, please & thank you" but it seems like even that bothers her, she makes me feel uncomfortable and I think this is the last time we'll ever stop by at this location after this encounter, employees need more training into how to give great customer service. Another customer also had to wait about 20 min so they could correct her order, never did they check on her or gave her an estimated time. When they finally gave her the order it was wrong again. Also can't believe it took them 30 min to prepare one simple order, we went in at 4:00 started eating at 4:30 because that's the time they gave me my food. They'll call out your name for your order and just leave the tray on the counter before you can pick it up they just leave. UGLY ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. I hope management takes care of this, seems like I'm not the only one whose encountered this situation

The food is good. But the service are pretty bad. Sometimes the restaurant are not even ready to serve people chairs are still up in the table and only 2 workers working with people line up waiting. I think to save the face of the iconic chicken wings fastfood its better to open late and ready than open on time but not ready to serve. Ambiance use to be better and clean but a long the way it is fading.

Reccently I have ordered a suace/extra sauce and I haven't ever gotten it. Cost adds up and this is the third they’ve done this to me. I'm very upset. Got home, no sauce now they're closed and their voicemail is full. Very upset.
