The gift card is not working in this store at all. Each time, the staff spend around 15 minutes investigating in front of their monitors while my frozen yogurt melts and other customers wait in line. The customer service is poor — not even an apology is offered. It feels as if I am at fault for simply trying to use a gift card.
The counter lady needs to learn customer service. She was very rude to me and my family. Despite, we still love all our orders. 🩷
I was just not a big fan of the flavor selection this time around.
Need more varieties flavors.
My daughter dropped hers right after the checkout and they refused to let her replace the 10 m&Ms that fell out.
Fun with my granddaughters
Glad this location stayed open. Great healthy snack with fresh fruit options
Clean, well-stocked, friendly staff.
My very, very good. The ambience was nice and calm and staff are really kind.
Yogurt is good, but could use some tidying up

Wish they had sugar free options.... Or at least some options that were a bit less sweet. My kids love the toppings.

Okay, so Yogurtland in Mountain View is honestly a vibe. The flavors always hit, especially the seasonal ones—pumpkin froyo? Weirdly good. Plus, the fact that you can build your own? Love that. You can mix and match like crazy, and the topping selection is chef's kiss (popping boba + cookie dough is low-key my go-to).
The spot itself is super chill, no pressure, just grab your cup, get creative, and vibe. Prices are decent unless you pile on like a mountain of toppings (been there, no regrets ?). It’s also a nice hangout spot if you wanna chill with friends or just take a solo froyo break.
Overall: Solid flavors, fun DIY setup, and just a cool place to hit up when you're craving something sweet. Would def come back.

I arrived at 9:12 and they no longer attended to me
I'm a yogurt lover with Yogurtland and My friend recently got me 2 cartons of yogurt, toasted coconut (my favorite one) & pistachios from this store. It was a ? combination of the two flavors. I added pecan, Almond, kiwi, nectarines, pineapple & coconut to it. It was so

Love the yogurt, but they have priced me out of the market. Sorry Yogurtland, $17.50 for two medium sized desserts is not worth it. The value is just not there for that much. Also, no signage anywhere how much desserts cost. Isn’t that retail 101? Do better, and business will come back
