I was really disappointed with this Yogurtland. I love Yogurtland, but this one is just not up to par. Half the toppings were empty and 3 machines were out of service and the yogurt tasted a little odd even though I always get the same flavors. For the first time, and this is not an exaggeration, I didn't enjoy my froyo and ended up throwing half of it away.

I saw 5+ cockroaches running around where the froyo is served. Disgusting. Why doesn’t the manager do anything about this problem??

Not enough flavor selection, they do not even offer chocolate or vanilla. Other than that, friendly staff and good toppings.

This is "Yogurtland" in the El Monte Shopping Center in Mountain View, CA. My friend and I had just finished dinner in Los Altos, and she suggested a quick dessert here. I was familiar with the area because Local Kitchens @ Mountain View is right next door. We walked in at about 7pm, and the place was empty. We surveyed the flavors, and my friend asked for sample cups. The clerk said they ran out, and offered us spoons instead.I served myself chocolate and strawberry/banana, no toppings. I'm not an expert on frozen desserts. I just know my dentist suggested it to sooth my mouth. The chocolate was creamy, but not too sweet. I tasted a very slight bitterness. The strawberry/banana was delicious, but was more like a sorbet than frozen yogurt. Okay, it's not a failure if frozen yogurt is like a icy sorbet. I believe it has to do with sugar content. Also, it has to do with how popular that flavor is, and how frozen the mix is. Customer service was very good. My friend asked the clerk to store her cup in the freezer while she waited on me. I didn't know they provided that service. I'm an old school fast food mgr, for me everything is "grab and go."Negs: The green/white decor with silver seating is a bit dreary. Perhaps some lively colors like yellow and orange would spark excitement to the shop. Also, there's limited outside lighting, so you eat your fro-yo in the dark. Plenty of parking in the shopping center lot. Located at El Camino Real and El Monte Ave.

I've seen this place and there are several in Long Beach CA, my experience goes back to 2019, when I was at the Belmont Shore Yogurtland store and I fixed some yogurt and paid for it. The yogurt was (so cold), that it shattered one of my teeth, and I could feel the sharpness, then I got home and tried dental floss - (the shattered tooth cut right through the floss like nothing), so I called the dentist and put in an Emergency request - I didn't want my tongue to get cut up, so early the next morning, I went and it got repaired/ replaced $1.5K, Sorry Yogurtland, I can't step into any of your stores again. Attn: people with ((sensitive teeth)), Please don't have (FROZEN) yogurt, but plain store-bought ((UNFROZEN)) is fine, Tooth repair is very ((Expensive)).

Nice self-serve frozen yogurt shop.

I think the management doesn’t care here. The yogurt is excreted in a circular shape and looks like poop. There is an outdated and confusing COVID-19 banner that says “partial service”. Three flavors are missing. Yogurt chips are on the floor. A sign says “cheesecake and cookie dough available upon request” seriously? The price for the yogurt is not visible anywhere. This is what failing yogurt shops do, not yogurtland

Yogurtland is the best place to take your kids on a hot day. Their yogurt is very high quality and would totally recommend. The toppings where really good also and you can pick out the toppings. It is great and not just like this place called: " Wildberry Yogurt. The yogurt and toppings are kid friendly and not that bad. The place is clean and all ready to go for the day and they clean the place before the opening in the afternoon and it is a perfect place to go to if your house does not have ice cream to eat and it is perfect to go during the summer time with your kids or to get yogurt just for you.
