Tried the 2020 Av1. This time it had a spoiled smell and it tasted like it was spoiling. Not sure what happened here.

Always a great time and great wines
I love this wine produced from Aloria winery at their own vineyard overlooking New Melones Reservoir in Calaveras County. Come and meet Dave at the tasting room located across the street from the historic Murphy’s hotel. They have great tasting wines and many different varietals. They have a second label called ‘Above The Rush’ located in Vallecito. At Above The Rush, (the rushed life in the valley and Bay Area) they pair the wine with bites of delicious cheeses and herbs. Say hello to Veronica and Ryan while you enjoy your visit to our beautiful area.

We had a great time here. Very delicious wine. The owner is a jewel. Very smart business platform and a great winery. Every time we come over to Murphy's we stop in here. See you in December. Thank you.
We did the private tour, paring and tasting at their beautiful vineyards with Rob. Great views and very informative. Saw the wine making process as well and crushed grapes too. Awesome.

This tasting room in Murphys was a favorite for us to stop by in the past years.Wine is really good always nice staff.However, due to the price increase of $18 tasting per person and an average cost of a bottle of wine @$29 ???? as locals and travelers. We will be visiting less expensive places in the future.

Great reds and very nice people that work there (and own it)
Aloria has some great wines and a really nice atmosphere. We came home with two of their bottles, the sauvignon blanc and the syrah. Their sauvignon blanc was one of the best we have ever had and were really impressed. I would definitely recommend visiting and we will be returning for sure.
