Closest thing to a Parisian bakery since Paris!

Excited for the new owners and their opportunity of managing this staple of a bakery in Murphys. Living nearby we come by frequently. The one critique I’d like to offer is that nearly every croissant, scone and roll we’ve had since the new management took over is underbaked by at least 5 minutes. The flavors are good and their other improvements over the last year are showing!

Spent some time here for the St. Patrick's Day celebrations. Some of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time! The coffee was quite good!
Friendly staff, incredible pastries!

Rise and shine 7:00 they open up. Staying in Murphy's Hotel it's a nice little walk in the morning. Get some coffee cake and a cinnamon roll which are the bomb! See photos for up-to-date pricing January 2025

We were so excited to see it was under new ownership.... so we stopped in and when we walked in everyone just kinda stared at us. Felt like we were intruding on something? We ordered a plain bagel and it was eh.... not the greatest. Also picked up a focaccia bread that said it was on sale, the employees talked amongst themselves about whether it was on sale, decided it wasn't then gave me whatever the non sale price was. It just felt very.. weird.

We have been visiting Murphys a few times a year for the last 15+ years and my first go-to has always been the BLT at Aria. Made on their homemade sourdough stacked with bacon fresh lettuce and tomatoes a perfect blend of flavors and texture BUT now under new ownership they are no longer making the fresh sourdough and the bacon portion is maybe 1/2 they are serving it on Foraccio bread the only fresh bread they make so meat bread ratio is way off . If you want a tomato and lettuce sandwich that’s mostly bread then it’s for you .. for me sadly I will not be going back to Aria as it seems they aren’t even trying …
Ate here after going to the caverns.

Had my first experience at Aria over the weekend and all the food was beyond delicious. Great staff and environment. Super cute, right on Main St. Definitely a must do if you are in Murphys!

They were rude while ordering a slightly non standard drink; waited for it for half an hour! Tables are wobbliest tables ever. I like to go to gym for my balancing exercises. :)

The male blonde worker gently caressed my skin while he handed my receipt and gave me subtle but strong feelings that I have never experienced before I don’t know if I should be upset or flattered but one things for sure that man needs a RAISE!!!!!

The only male worker there handled me gently and took good care of my order and made it with love. I would recommend coming here, very demure, very mindful.

Stopped in for a lil bite to eat. Got a ham and cheese croissant and some apricot mastery. Both were very tasty. Small spot. Only a couple tables outside.

My salmon bagel was alright. I wanted the everything bagel but it had sold out sadly. No indoor seating. The cappucino was average. Cookies were delicious.
