We just ate here Saturday before the Parker concert. Excellent food! You have to try the Gouda fries appetizer! It’s the best. Great steak, burgers were excellent and everyone was rushing and friendly. We will be back!
We celebrated our anniversary here tonight and everything was flawless. From the warm service and seamless teamwork — like they’ve been running this place for years — to the perfectly timed courses, every detail was spot on.

The Branding Iron Saloon and Steakhouse is a popular restaurant known for its fun, country-themed vibe and delicious food. Guests consistently praise the quality of the burgers, especially the Ranch Burger, which is made with local beef and cooked rare to perfection. The menu offers a wide variety of options, including steaks, BBQ, fish tacos, chili, and grilled cheese. Many diners highlight the great shrimp tacos, fried green beans, and chicken nuggets that are kid-approved. The steaks, such as the top sirloin and filet mignon, receive high praise, with some describing them as top-notch and perfectly cooked. The restaurant's bar also features a good selection of drinks, including well-made gin tonics and mixed drinks. Service is generally fast and friendly, with attentive staff who accommodate special requests, like extra cherries or green beans instead of fries. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a favorite spot in Murphys. While they currently carry only one local wine, guests suggest adding more options to better match the local wine town vibe. Overall, the Branding Iron offers great food, friendly service, and a fun country setting that keeps visitors returning.
