Stopped in on the first day they were open on that day, and the food was excellent. We went in with the intention of sitting indoors but the waitress/owner asked us if we wanted to sit outside. We thought it was too hot, but she said the outside dining is right along the creek and normally is cool with a nice breeze and it was. We will be going back very soon.

Love the food! It was so good! I had the chillie Reno, the prices are AWESOME. Loved the outdoor space as well! Everyone was super friendly and really on top of checking on us and refilling drinks!

Good small restaurant in a small town. Service was just as good as any other place.Food was authentic and the staff was very helpful in adding or changing a dish to please the customer.Patio out by the creek is very popular .Try and eat out on the patio with the water flowing by.

My daughter and I enjoyed dinner at El Jardine recently while the local high school FFA was hosting a fundraiser where part of the proceeds went to their program, and the students participated by contributing to the dining experience by seating customers, and by aiding the service staff by bringing guests chips and salsa and beverages. It was packed with every table full, but as usual, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and it came quickly despite the extra people and activity.It's so nice to see how involved the owners, Liz and Craig, are in the hands-on operation of their business and in their support of the students in the FFA and in the community in general.The times that we dine out are few and far between, but we will definitely be coming back to El Jardine again soon!

The food used to be very good. Not so much anymore and they are continually raising prices. They don't even have any prices on the to-go menu just a hand written note saying "call for prices!"

Been going here for years. The Patio by Murphys creek on the warm summer days is great.
So happy that Liz and Craig are back as the owners. This was one of our favorite places for a quick reasonable meal for many years. When it sold the quality, service and cleanliness deteriorated so we stopped eating here. We were excited to hear that the restaurant was purchased by the first owners and went back in to try it. The food was good, The place is clean and the service is great. Liz is around working hard and making everyone feel comfortable. If you quit eating here as we did please go back and give them another try. It’s nice to have a place for a quick quality meal that is a good value .

For a restaurant in the middle of nowhere, their food was pretty spot on. The chips and salsa was amazing, and the guacamole was nicely seasoned. And the steak quesadilla was the perfect amount for my consumption.
