While Murphy's is Blessed with a number of excellent restaurants, Grounds is now my favorite!\nExcellent Service. We were greeted right upon entering. The wait staff was great.\nAtmosphere: Lovely. White table cloths and nice art adorning the walls.\nBar: Full bar with a wide selection of specialty cocktails ( the term "craft" is so over used these days).\nFood: Excellent. I had the Cordon Bleu and wifey had the Ciopinno which as crammed with scallops and prawns...
Just around the corner and up the street from Hook McAllister's house.. my pal from my Lumberjack days is the Grounds Restaurant & Bar. The Hook told me the next time I'm in Murphy's he'll strap on his 19 century Cap'n Hook's hook and he'd spot for lunch at the Grounds, and said they put out a great Turkey Sandwich!

Excellent breakfast and great service. When we visited on a Friday morning just after 8 we were the only ones there. Omletes, potato pancakes, french toast and Belgian waffles are all delicious and worth getting. Cost is reasonable. Small, shaded patio is secluded in a courtyard away from the street with fans to beat the summer heat. Our server was friendly and efficient without hovering.
