So much to do there, food wine and beautiful park setting.
Large picturesque park like grounds with Amphitheater, Lake, Vinyards, with room for 350 cars and vehicles of all ages and types.
Suprise antique car show. Great wine. Great staff
We are members at this winery and I was so shocked to endure the lack of manners that ALL staff members were showing. Charlene the wedding director is absolutely rude and shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry. Most staff members don’t know a single thing if you ask them a question.
We went to ironstone to have a photoshoot and there was a car show event, and we weren’t allowed on the property without buying a ticket to the event. No way around it, even if we are members and pay quarterly to be there.
I will be canceling my membership due to rude staff and unprofessionalism.

Hopes were high for this rural music venue, but we'll never return. For reference, we went to the Robert Plant and Alison Krauss concert over the summer. It took 1.5 hours to travel the 1.5 miles from Murphy's main street to the venue due to the line of traffic, and once we arrived and parked in the dusty lot (which had no traffic control for the thousands of attendees), we stood in another long line to go through security, whose treatment of attendees reminded me of the TSA. Rude, slow, and yelling at people. Nothing about arriving was welcoming.
Once we found seats on the grass, we realized this was not quite an ampitheater. Lights were shining on us the entirety of the show.
We knew leaving the one-road in, one-road out parking lot would be a mess. But we also thought there would be staff helping to direct traffic. Yet there was none! We idled for an hour before wheels even moved.
For comparison, we saw Robert Plant and Alison Krauss a couple years ago at the Greek Theater in Berkeley. We had none of the problems experienced at Ironstone.
Whoever owns Ironstone needs to put much more effort into the attendees' experience. For the price we paid, we expected more professionalism and thoughtfulness. Instead we now tell friends to avoid this venue for the above reasons.
went to see Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. They were fabulous. Parking and leaving was chaotic. It took us an hour and a half to get from where we were staying, about 3 miles away, to the venue. once we were there, it took another hour and a half Standing in line to get in. After the show It took an hour to get back to our place. We paid $275 for our seats in section E and could not see the stage clearly. The wine they sold was terrible. I would have to think more than twice to see another show there..
It was so amazing
Best concert ever !
Excellent
Wine tasting is really enjoyable and you can get extra pours of any wines you're interested in. The staff is really sweet and personable. I suggest going here if you're in the area.

Ironstone Vineyards boasts an outstanding staff and offers truly amazing wines. I highly recommend trying their old vine Zinfandel for a delightful experience!
While the wines are ok, this winery is a destination stop. Get ready to spend half a day. Get pizza. Get a bottle of cab Franc. Sit in the patio. Enjoy the wine and food. Walk to the lake. Explore gift shop. Admire the huge gold nugget.
Lovely.
Nice grounds. Some beautiful shady picnic spots.
Beautiful gardens. Extensive geology exhibits in museum. Fine wine tasting. Amazing family achievements.
Ironstone amphitheater and vineyards and museum are amazing. They have the US's largest piece of gold in their vault and it is absolutely gorgeous. I was totally surprised by how nice the museum and grounds are. It was my first time there.
