We got cha cha chocolate and Wake up murphy scoops. Would recommend cha cha chocolate. Murphy had coffee flavor and was not that great. Overall decent ice cream sold here.

A small ice cream shop with large clientele of visitors and locals. They offer interesting flavors and waffle cones made on the spot. The actual shop can get crowded with a customer line, but they are right on the main drag and close to the park by the river, so you can enjoy your ice cream outside strolling or picnicking. A must visit if you are in Murphys!

I would definitively return and see if they have new flavors . The ice cream feels heavy on my sweetness tolerance. My suggestion is for the shop to find ways to rebalance fruit or other ingredients ratio to cream portions to redistribute flavors. It was “enjoyable ” and a good ice cream but maybe offer a new flavor that is more “light on the sugar ”. Keep the traditional but offer light versions , too. I love the ice cream but felt heavy on my sweet tooth.

A baby scoop is $7 and dissuaded us from ordering. We did not eat here and cannot review the ice cream or service. We stopped here a couple years ago and the prices were more reasonable and ice cream tasty.

Such a cute spot! The shop was super clean, and the ice cream was delicious and clearly homemade. I loved that they even make their own waffle cones and bowls. Great experience in a charming town!

No free sample scoop here, looks like this is the only spot to stop by after your big meal. Got a few seats indoor and a few outside, well, ice cream is pretty much a personal preference, I have been spoiled by Mitchell's Ice Cream for a long time, so this is not gonna be a fair match.
Ice cream was good but I’m not sure what was going on with the workers. The bathroom door was locked for a long time, then finally a woman came out of there and rushed out the front door. I went to the door to open it And it was locked. Nobody went into the bathroom after the first woman came out. I waited and waited then finally, a second woman came out of the bathroom and went behind the counter. She was a worker. I’m not sure what those two women were doing in that bathroom, but they were in there for a long time. Then soon after, the first woman who rushed out, came back into the ice cream parlor and went behind the counter. She was back there somewhere for a long time. She then went back into the bathroom and then came out and left. That was a really odd situation. I Don’t normally pay attention to that kind of stuff, but that was quite obvious. I just hope they washed their hands

I was desperate for ice cream after touring at the Mercer Caverns, and had noticed JoMa’s on the way in. Glad I went there. Great selection of home made ice cream creations - I had the cherry chocolate chip and vanilla bean - two huge scoops. Absolutely fantastic. Friendly staff, and it was nice siting outside to devour my ice cream.
