Some restaurants balk when a large group rolls in. We showed up at just before they transitioned to a dinner service, but recieved excellent service none the less. The staff was amazing and went to great lengths to accommodate special diets in our group. Everyone said the food was delicious, and the desserts were also fantastic.I doubt I'll be back in Murphy any time soon, but if I am, I'll be sure to stop by again.Dietary restrictions: Staff went out of their way to make sure a dish could be made Gluten Free. They also were willing to accommodate a picky eater. There were several vegetarian options as well, including a veggie burger that was "much meatier than I expected".

A nice patio for lunch just off of main Street surrounded by historic buildings. We had to wait a little while to get a table which is understandable, but it would have been nice if we were addressed and told it would be a few minutes. We just stood there by ourselves for a little while. As far as the food goes, everything was very good we had pasta of the day and BLTA and split a house salad which was good to spinach and arugula with the other nice greens. All were very good. I Would come back.

Honestly, we were underwhelmed. We ordered the Prime New York and the Salmon Bernaise which were both underseasoned. The polenta cake was pretty gritty and the salmon could have been cooked a bit less. I will say, the truffle fries were delicious! As for drinks, the espresso martini wasn't too bad but the hot toddy had minimal effort put into it. Was hoping for more, especially considering the price.
Very quaint little spot that my wife and I enjoyed the food, drinks, and staff. The carrot and ginger soup was phenomenal! We liked their bold old-fashioned and the salmon app too.

It's a outdoor patio space but on a slite hill, not bad. It took a bit to get our seats but once in, got our drinks and they were knowledgeable of the draft beers and cocktails. I had the Reuben, yes it was great, the cornbeef was tender with the sauerkraut, rye bread and mustard, mmmm. Mom loved her duck salad. This is not our first time here, we do enjoy the food.Parking: If you come out on the weekend it could be crowded but there's plenty of parking one block over.Wheelchair accessibility: The patio area is very open and easy to get to from the sidewalk.

Went on a Saturday around 1:30pm. There was a queue and the wait time to be seated, we were told, would be about 15 minutes. Lots of people were waiting for the outdoor seating, which looked quaint, and lots of people with their dogs. We decided to sit at the bar where we were sat right away and could order. We got the truffle fries, which were good. I got a beer on tap and my friend got the mulberry mule. Both were tasty. Service was great and friendly.The bar top was a bit messy and dirty and there were about ten flies that took turns flying around our drinks and landing on our heads.

Upon arrival we waited a few minutes before being led to our table. A big plus for having patio dining available with umbrella shaded tables protecting us from the hot California afternoon sun. Immediately we were greeted with menus, ice water, and setups. We studied the multi page menu and I selected chicken pesto sandwich with truffle fries and my wife chose the beet salad. Then we sat and waited, and waited, and waited for someone to take our order. Staff were aware of our presence based on eye contact with me. Patients I told myself. The sign where we’d entered said “we see you”, the menu said “be patient”. ? Finally I got up and went inside where I asked if I needed to come in to order? A staff member said: “Well if you seated yourself we don’t see you”. Huh? I said: “we were seated by staff”. Oh, we’ll be right there. Perfect. Friendly efficient server took our order the the food arrived quickly. We enjoyed our meals, good to average, not near as special as I’d hoped. Later I was very thirsty. Too much salt I’m guessing. Should have avoided the truffle fries but they we good. My recommendation is don’t be patient and don’t fall for the myth “we see you”
