This tasting room in Murphys was a favorite for us to stop by in the past years.Wine is really good always nice staff.However, due to the price increase of $18 tasting per person and an average cost of a bottle of wine @$29 ???? as locals and travelers. We will be visiting less expensive places in the future.Its sad when you can travel to other countries for a weekend cheaper then your home areas or within the states.
Staff was great and good conversation. Although I am not a wine drinker, our friends enjoyed the Viogner but the rest of the wines were okay. They were COVID prepared and the ambience made up for the lack of wine flavor.
A fun spot to stop and taste the wine. Charming Lady at the bar, nice tour of the boutique winery, and wonderful Zinfandel. Good place to start your tour of Murphys, California, in the Sierra Nevada foothills. eNJoy
