Called in a breakfast burrito to go. They told me it would be 5 minutes. Got there 8 minutes after that, and they had not even started making it. Incompetent staff to go along with their inflated prices. Had to take my son to school hungry and go to work hungry myself to avoid being late. That's why I called ahead in the first place.

OMG...what has happened to the quality of food in this area is absolutely disgusting! I ordered a chimichanga combo for delivery tonight and let's just say, it was horrid. First off...I have never received a Chimichanga with Guacamole and sour cream and cheese slathered all over it before. Tonight I receive a Chimichanga with all of the above and the guacamole was almost BLACK! And it was mushy on top of everything else making the chimichanga soggy as hell! I had to scrape it all off! I ordered guac on the side and THAT was turning brown. I also ordered salsa and received a red chili sauce instead. It was awful. The filling inside of the chimichanga was decent but, between the black guac and sour cream slathered all over it, it was just not good. I threw half of it away. The rice was okay but the refried beans were completely bland. Worst Mexican food I have had to date. Alberto's, you need to do better. What happened? You used to have good food! What made your cook think that putting brown guacamole on my food was okay? Just yuck! Yet another disappointment in this area's food selections.

20 bucks for a burrito. The Al pastor was not expected too much spices or seasoning on it I believe I tasted allspice It was overpowering and oily dripping off, Adding meat is an extra $5.50 and cheese is almost $3 so that right there in a meal itself. Sticking with jilberto's Thank

just recently visited the albertos off of clinton keith right next to the new costco. i ordered an al pastor burrito and it was one of the worst burritos ive had in my life. the meat was over seasoned with spices, and had guac and pico de gallo in it instead of the traditional beans and rice. i recommended this place to co workers before and am now regretting it. wont come back anytime soon. seems like the cooks have more important things to do than cook food

Stopped in for breakfast burritos. The front patio area is disgusting sodas spilled everywhere patio area stinks. Breakfast burritos came with eggs bacon and cheese. For $9.95 plus tax I ordered 3 and added beans. Cashier said beans cost extra. No problem order them up and they came out cold without beans the cheese never melted inside the burrito from start to finish eggs were cold hardly any bacon in the burrito at all. Cashier asked if we wanted salsa gave us 3 small cups of each flavor requested. I would not recommend this business.
