I think the food is ok, over priced for dinner. 200.00 for three people. Yikes, they use breast of chicken which can get hard after grilling, the beef is ok, but not tender. The only that was good was the veggies

I did not even know this spot was here! The quality of food was awesome. They have a sushi menu and the options did not disappoint. I would highly recommend Arashi.

By far the best thing here was the food and the chef was entertaining. We loved the food. Only down side was our server didn't bring us refills. I had to really slow down on my drink because I did know if was ever going to arrive. Unfortunately it never did.

We got seated quickly once we arrived. Other than that the experience here was not good. The only other thing that was good was the Chef and the food he made. Servers are horrible. Took a long time for anything to get done. Never got a refill, had to ration my drink so it would last throughout my meal. Our server took my order wrong and later proceeded to tell me that “just so I know for next time” this and that. There wont be a next time. How about you give me those details when I’m ordering the food. If you don’t know your own menu and what comes with what, that’s on you. Why are you blaming me interrupting me in the middle of me eating. Bathroom was also dirty. Another customer advised someone of the bathroom situation but nothing got done. Won’t be coming back here again.

Arashi used to be one of my favorite places to eat, especially at the grill. The last couple of visits have been disappointing. During our last visit, our waitress seemed to be rushing us to sit, order, eat, and leave. We even ordered a couple of tequila (patron) shots from the bar, and when we got them, they tasted like they had been watered down. The food isn't as great as it used to be either. I don't think we will be going back again.

Went about two weeks ago, ordered online my order got mixed up with someone else’s. No big deal I went back for the correct order. The lady at the front gave me a 30$ certificate for the mix up.Went in today to use that certificate. They asked me where I got this from, they don’t recognize the writing. I told them here from one of workers. Another girl came up and she was asked if she knows who’s writing is this, she said no that doesn’t look like nobody here. Went to the back, came back up and said ok I’ll accept it. No apology just accusations. On top of all that they got my order wrong ?. The servers are usually rude, I go for the food now they continue to mess up the food as well.
