Baskin-Robbins

Visited Baskin Robbins for a spur of the moment craving my female friend desired, which entailed cookies and cream ice cream cake. The selection of cakes seemed rather limited for brong Baskin Robbins, none the less i was able to find a suitable choice. Though the flavor was correct, the smallest ice cream cake served 12-16 people... I am not sure how the pricing might compare as this is not an everyday purchase item. Facility was clean, and staff was there... in all 4 stars.

I just had to share how wonderful our experience was at the Baskin Robbins in Murrieta, especially thanks to Julie! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. The shop was spotless, inviting, and had such a great vibe. ✨

I came in hoping to get a custom Minecraft cake for my son’s birthday. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to do it, but Julie not only said yes, she absolutely nailed it! She took the idea and added her own creative flair, and the final result was perfect. My son couldn’t stop smiling.

We were so happy with how it turned out that I also want to share the custom butterfly cake Julie made for my daughter’s birthday. My daughter had a very specific vision, and once again, Julie brought it to life beautifully adding her special touch and making it even more magical. She nailed it!

It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work and truly cares about making people happy. Julie, you’re amazing!!! thank you for making our celebration even more special! 🌟

After waiting 10 minutes for the girl in the back room with her back to the front lobby, talking to someone else to come out, I gave up and went to the one off of Ynez.

I came in tonight to buy a cake. It was so busy yet the shop was very clean. I was helped by Julie and I asked to buy a cake. I realized I forgot my son’s carrier and was trying to figure out how I was going to balance my baby and the cake without it dropping. Before I checked out Julie offered to walk me to my car to help. I appreciated that so much. We will be back soon.

They need an amazing job. Exceeded my expectations.

There have a great selection of flavors. The customer service is also excellent. This location is also attached to a Duncan Doughnut which is double trouble. Try the wild and reckless sherbet for a refreshing flavor or the jamocha almond fudge.

Terrible. Purchased a "monster" decorated ice-cream cake for my husband's bday party on Saturday, 10/30/2022. Paid $42 with a $5 tip. Stale cake, very little oreo cookie ice cream, and the frosting tasted awful...no flavor, not sweet like frosting should be. And a few hours after eating it everyone had gastric issues running to the bathroom. Called and explained to the young woman what happened and left a message for the manager/owner to please call me. Never heard back. STAY AWAY from this particular BR ice cream location.

Nice to meet you!!! For my son's birthday he wanted a spongebob cake, I called and despite not having it on the list of options they very kindly said they could do it. The result was a success, my son was more than happy! Excellent service they made a beautiful and delicious cake. ?
