I came to this place since car wash was close by and I have to say I am not impressed at all. I have been getting brown sugar milk tea with boba but it tasted like a regular milk tea with boba. I have been to way too many boba places and have tried so many brown sugar bobas to know thats good and whats not. When I picked up my drink, i looked it and when I tried it I thought did I get the wrong drink. Then the guy behind the counter did ask if we liked it, I just said its not the usual brown sugar boba. Regardless, took the drink but I would not get this here again

Just came back to rave about my favorite boba shop in the city! It's literally like my pick me up if I'm having a bit of a rough day or just need to treat myself! I love the texture and flavor of the boba and the teas. And you can customize your level of sweetness making sweeter or less sweet for your preference! I get acai bowls from here also! My son loves those! The atmosphere is just perfection and the employees are always smiling and greeting you as you come in. The owner is just a gem! She truly cares about the community and is invested in helping it to thrive. I highly highly recommend this boba shop if you love boba like me and enjoy a beautiful atmosphere while sipping! Skip the boba and get the açaí bowls instead. You'd think that boba would be their speciality considering it's in the name: "Boba" Love. But it's their açaí bowls that are actually the star. The Nutella Açaí Delight was so delicious! Even though the price was a bit high for something so small, I'm glad that it tasted really good. The boba, however, was super underwhelming. The drink was tasty, but the boba balls weren't chewy and resembled more like jelly. The menu also FALSELY ADVERTISES the price of the boba. It states ' +.60 boba ' when they really charge you .90 which is ridiculous. They should change the name to 'Açaí Love' because it's embarrassing to call yourself a boba shop when you charge high prices for terrible boba. There was only 1 worker working and he was really nice. He made the drinks really yummy and my açaí bowl perfectly. It's the boba pearls that are awful which isn't his fault since I'm sure he didn't buy them. The shop is spacious and nicely decorated. They also have a lot of cute items for sale and decorative walls. I've definitely be returning for their açaí bowls but not for the boba.

Such a cute boba shop with lots of flowers and great spots to take pictures, there fruit teas are soo yummy along with the Nutella taiyaki fish.
Great Milk tea Selection. Sugar level is adjustable. You can even create your own drink. Owners are very friendly.
Bobas are way over prized for what they taste like. Not very good for +$7.50 It's like milk and water with bobas.
