Sat at the bar to eat and drink. The bartender was not very friendly and extremely slow to serve everyone.

The server was good and friendly. The wings were very hard and dry with a bunch of sauce poured over the them. The Onion Rings were mushy and grease.

Service was terrible. Food is normal for chain restaurant fair, but service is why we visit. Today was so terrible that after getting frustrated waiting for service, I had to approach the bar to handle server tasks.

I cannot recommend due to poor server performance

Kevin is Fast and friendly and really does do well at making sure you have a nice experience. I will be going back for that reason alone.

Food order took 35 minutes or more to get our food.
Food was lousy, French fries were cold, old and hard.
Chicken looked and tasted like frozen chicken that was heated. Chicken coating was hard to bite into and again it was cold. Eat at your own risk.
The ice cold water was the best.

Took 40 minutes to receive food after ordering, all new staff in the kitchen so the process was slow and the food we got ended up being cold, servers are nice however

So you can't order food over the phone for pick up if it's over $50, the owner here wants you to order through a delivery service and pay more. The excuse was that they have a lot of people order and not pick up...I guess the owner thinks very low of the good people here in Temecula/Murietta. I'm here now wasting time, time that I could have saved had I been able to phone in the order and pick up....45 plus minutes for pick up... ridiculous!!!! Terrible leadership at this place.

I'm not sure what happened at this location, it use to be much better.
45 minutes from the time we sat down to finally getting our food, only for it to be wrong.
The place wasn't even busy..

Worst lunch with my husband only one other table was occupied 40 mins to get order, food was cold and metal trays was warmer than food. Boneless wings looked like butchered chicken tenders. We only ate nothing but a bite or two. Was never asked how our food was from Jessica as I was ready to comment luke warm disgusting 🤮 was $60 and was charged for sauce cups ?????? Should’ve stuck with the lunch date for Nashville angry chics hot chicken way better

Atrocious experience. Made us wait 45 minutes after seating us to tell us we wouldn’t be able to dine in and we would have to take our food to go. I had to get my daughter fed and they still had people inside the restaurant while they told us this. Their reasoning was they couldn’t get the order in before their time limit at 10:30 quick enough. Never have been treated so poorly at a restaurant in our lives and we travel and eat out all of the time with the family. Was embarrassed and disappointed. We ended up leaving after speaking to the manager who had 0 empathy or remorse and started the conversation with “there is nothing I can do” We left and took our daughter to a fast food drive through which ironically had amazing service and felt refreshing after being treated so poorly in bizzaro-land.
