I asked for a freshly cooked burger came in nicely smiled said please and thank you instead I got one and I watched him take it out of the bin like who gives a crap about you dude you don’t matter to us thanks for the crappy famous star I just don’t get it

Me and my wife stop by for a quick bite and she ordered nine chicken Stars instead she got six. Then we placed another order online for my a family member and he wanted a plain cheeseburger instead they gave me one with everything on it.

Took my family for dinner tonight and we received EXCEPTIONAL service! We were helped by Christian. Christian was friendly, efficient, and even offered to throw our trash away once we were finished with our meal. The entire restaurant was clean and very well maintained. We live in Lake Elsinore but will drive a few more miles to continue to receive such excellent service in the future!

$4 for the spicy chicken sandwich that was once a value menu item. It just tasted like chemicals. What once was called the big hamburger on the value menu is now almost $6 and the patty is 25% smaller than the bun. The patty was smaller than a Pringles lid. So damn ridiculous. The employee was very professional and friendly.
