The food is better than most FAST food places. The service is friendly and quick. The atmosphere could be better but it comes with the territory. It's definitely cleaner than other choices nearby or at least an attempt to look clean. Only 3 stars due to no playground. No one has playgrounds anymore. Total bummer. Takes away from the memories of going when I was little and my kiddo is always asking if they have a playground. It turns into a long wait when I regretfully tell him no not this one. Luckily they have French toast and hash rounds to divert the narrow missed tantrum :-) Would I go back? Yes

Who ever is manager here needs to be replaced every time I come here the order is either wrong or extra ice the employees just fill the whole cup with ice cause they weren't trained properly...chicken has tendons and isn't worth a $12 sandwich and when they mess up your order they don't refund it all you still get charged for the drink and fries even though they ruined the whole meal and experience...GO TO ANY OTHER CARLS BESIDES THIS ONE

Came through in the clutch just before our road trip departure. Update 27JUL: they're using an automated drive-thru thing that was taking long because it didn't understand "easy ice" or "light ice". One of the chicken wraps we ordered was suspicious. The chicken strip in it had an unusually strong ligament or whatever. It definitely wasn't something natural. I tried to tear it with my hands, and for it to be food took WAY too much force. Couldn't finish the wrap. Doubt that I will go back to Carl's since they're using fake meat now.
