I bought a chicken sandwich at 5pm today. The chicken was very old, burnt, dried up and nasty. This had obviously sat out all day and they probably threw it back into the fryer to warm it up. It was disgusting.They don't seem to serve many customers and with the new wages taking effect, they are probably pinching pennies and serving garbage to their customers now. Beware of this place. I will not be going there ever again. There are many other choices near by.

One of my go to places for easy meals. Generally go through drive through and never have issue, rare occasion minor one. Today took kiddos in and realized that we had used app for an order placed at different location. Stephanie(manager?) Was able to help fix the problem and move order to her location. Whole staff was extremely friendly and nice! Place was clean and food was fresh and hot! We really appreciated the help in fixing the problem I created and the fact that they were so nice about it. Overall this place will continue to be our easy meal place! We appreciate your employees!!

Ordered through drive-thru and the employee on the intercom was nice but when I went up to the window and asked for buffalo and ranch they said sure. But when they handed the food it was super quick and they shut the window super quick very oddly, went home and they only gave me house dressing and ketchup. Remember them laughing in the back too, I also never ordered a salad for that dressing. Went there on Jan. 4, around 9:20 PM, and it was a girl that did this.

I usually go to the drive thru, I take my pit bull princess with me, Nicholas helped me a few times, he has a love for put bulls too , I always feel welcomed when he works the window ,he is a great employee and I give him 100 ? , the food is ok but the customer service keeps me coming back. Thank you Nicholas for your help ? ?

If i could give ZERO STARS i would awful service! First off the forgot to add a patty to my order i politely went to let them know and VANESSA which I dont know if shes a manager or not if so shes the WORST. she got an attitude because SHE messed up my order. and grabbed my things without ANY GLOVES ON. Handling money and touching food?!? Super unsanitary and obviously she needs to go back to get her food handlers because thats ridiculous! One of the worst experiences of my life! AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COST!!!

I have rarely experienced such great service and so friendly and proactive at that. I thought that I had placed 2 app orders and either I cancelled one of them or the app did. The cashier Nicholas had me come inside and he helped me place the order again when the app wouldn't allow the offer again. He is a jewel and a gem and has service as the motto of his life. Kudos to Carl's JR Murrieta for hiring such great staff. Highest possible recommendation.

At window to pay and was told card not reading. Tried clearing card and employee at window gets mad.. SO I GO ACROSS THE STREET TO WENDYS AND PAYMENT WITH CARD HAD NO ISSUES.! SO EXPLAIN PROBLEM AT YOUR LOCATION??
