I just want to say that coming here is an amazing experience. We have 3 kids that love their indoor play area that both clean and air conditioned all the time. Their staff makes the experience though Ernesto the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with our order and made sure that our order was in correctly with a semi complainted order, Guadupe the manager came to help with our order as well she even brought it to us herself in the play area and made sure that we were good and that we had no other requests for anything else, Uri was our cook and the food came out great exactly how it should be (Carl's is my wife favorite with the wester bacon cheese burger lol) and so fast we barely had time to get the kids into the play area haha we have been to others Carls Jr but the staff is what make this a great location :)

I had a great experience eating at the 28023 Scott Rd, Murrieta location. The manager was great! He spoke to his employees with kindness and support, he was knowledgeable and extremely polite. The manager was very involved with every step of the eating experience from the drive through window, counter and walking the restaurant floor cleaning and refilling the ice and condiments while giving his employees the support they needed communicating in a respectful manner. My food was perfect, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was soothing and welcoming. I highly recommend this Carl's Jr location, it's tucked away in the back corner of the shopping center, has a nice clean indoor play area and has a drive through as well. I recommend eating inside to get the full experience of exceptional service and high quality combos. Thank you Manager for making my eating experience so pleasant.

They are putting too much sauce on their food. Such as ketchup, mustard, and so on. The lettuce is so wet it makes the burger soggy.

Over paid...under focused. Bad news burger buddies...if you can't get salt, ketchup or straws in the bag, you're NOT WORTH $20.00 per hour. Really....??? How do you screw up something you do 500 times each shif??? Really, how does this happen??? Are burger buddies really that incredibly stupid?

We went through the drive-thru and luckily we stopped to check our order before leaving the parking lot. They gave us a BBQ sandwich instead of the Santa Fe we ordered. We had to go inside and wait for the correct one to be made.

Best Famous star I've ever had, 2/3/2025 1pm . Looked exactly like the picture which is very rare and pretty much non existent but whoever the cook is back there is making the burgers PERFECT, tasted AMAZING ❤️💯👏🏻!
