This review has nothing to do with the food...its amazing ! It's the mobile ordering drive-thru line... Be prepared to wait for a long time. From start to finish took over 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru line. Just something to think about when ordering if you're in a hurry

This use to be one of our homescjool meet up play days. We're visiting for a few months so been back here a few times & it is still amazing. Everyone was very friendly & welcoming. Food is still so good. 5 plus years later & we still love it

Ordered lunch menu for Breakfast and thr app said 15 - 25 minutes extra wait. It only took 5 - 10 minutes. Plus they brought the drink to the table before the food 2 minutes into me sitting down entering the table number on the app 🙂
I ordered the 10 PC Chicken Strips so all the chicken was cooked quick, fresh, and hot 🔥

If you’re looking for a Chick-fil-A that goes way beyond chicken sandwiches, this is the place. Not only is the food always fresh, hot, and suspiciously perfect every single time—this location has somehow mastered the art of turning dinner into an actual event.
Their craft and kids’ nights? Elite. My kids walked in for nuggets and walked out with masterpieces like they were auditioning for “Chick-fil-A’s Got Talent.” The staff makes every activity fun, organized, and genuinely welcoming. It’s the only fast-food spot where your child can get their face painted, do a craft, balloon animals, petting zoo etc. Truly magical.
And the operator and management team? Best around. Period. Friendly, attentive, and you can tell they really care about the community. They’ve created a place where families feel valued, kids feel celebrated, and parents feel like they somehow got away with a stress-free outing.
Hands down the most fun, family-friendly Chick-fil-A out there. Did I also mention that the playground is always clean!?

I wish I didn't go through the drive through because it took 20 minutes even though I put my order in online. My bad for assuming the line would move fast. On the plus side I know my order is going to be perfect every time. They never even forget a single condiment. I love wearing pride gear when I go though. Represent love!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Let me just start off by saying I spend money at this location multiple times a week. Im always polite, quiet, and clean up after myself and my family. But this last week, having to deal with the horrible customer service of the manager Kareay or Karen made me not want to ever go back. (She has black hair, with babydoll bangs and bow in her hair) A few days ago I went in, in the morning to order, and she acts as if I’m invisible and walks around the counter to who I’m assuming was her family members (a little girl that looked like her, and an older man) and stands there and talks with them about a vacation they are going on, for like 15 minutes. All the while I’m still standing, waiting for someone to take my order at the counter but she was the only one in the front. Then she goes back behind the counter and I think she’s about to take my order, but no. She just went back there to get the food for her family. (A bag & an orange juice) Then proceeded to talk to them again. After I waited about 25 mins to be helped, she saw them off and took my order. I just let it go because I’ve had so many good experiences at this Chick-fil-A. I just figured they were having an off day. Then this morning I went in to order and again Kareay or Karen, saw Me made a face and walked right past me. So obviously she doesn’t like me and I’m not sure why, but she acted very unprofessional. I ended up just leaving because it was so embarrassing. And I felt like I was going to be made to stand there again for a long while. So I’ll be spending my hard earned money at the other branch in town from now on. So disappointing.
