At the Temecula Chick-Fil-A, they have team members constantly wiping down tables thoroughly between patrons and continuously asking guests if they need anything from refills to more menu items. At this location, none of the tables were wiped between guests and nobody was ever offered refills. At no time was the restaurant even half full, so it wasn’t because the staff was too busy.

Don’t order breakfast on the app for drive thru pick up if you don’t plan on getting in like 20min before breakfast is over. They will check you in then cancel your order at the window. I got in like at 10:20am breakfast is over at 10:30. Should have plenty of time right? Nope the drive thru person checked me in at 10:32am because that’s how long the line took. I got up to the window to receive my food and they said they were not serving breakfast and canceled my entire order for. All they said was oops sorry the last that checked you will be talked to.

food was great as per usual with chic fil-A. However the young lady Alyssa had bit of an attitude that was distasteful. Me and my Fiancé ordered grilled nuggets and when we get home we find it’s regular. There was one ranch in the bag and when i politely asked for 2 more she rolled her eyes. However the young lady running food in the cold weather was amazing maybe Alyssa should do some dishes instead of interacting with costumers.

This place is a joke there service is not bad , manager got offensive when call to complain they must train the employees to serve you all the pieces and crumbs when it comes to fries and top it with full size waffle fries to cover up the bottom so it looks like nice on top kinda like first impression...I've spent so much money at the murrieta store and it seems to me like once they got the money they done there job. This review in no way is put out to make employees look bad it's upper management that don't care to make corrections...I'll be taking my money elsewhere....I was reading reviews it seams this gimmick with the fries happen quite often ...time to call corporate office...
