Chipotle Mexican Grill

Just had delivery from this locaton. If that had been the 1st burrito from Chipotle, there would never have been a 2nd. Big on rice, very small on carnitas (a Tablespoon maybe). My wife ordered for us and added the guacamole. It was thin and watery. After it was half gone, I opened it up to find the rest of the carnitas - there was none. Threw out the rest of it. My advice is do not got to this place.

I usually enjoy coming into this location for my break but today when i came in i felt bad for the workers in the front taking orders and making them as there wasnt enough people to help, i came in at 2:10pm and there was a line to the door for like 20 minutes, there had to have been a manager in the back that wasnt helping them. 1-17-25

The girl taking my order was rude, she barely put any meat in my order and I paid for salsa that was not included in my order. I will NEVER return here.

Generally what you expect from this brand

I visited this location earlier today and stood at the counter waiting to be served. Unfortunately, despite staff members being present, I was completely ignored. After waiting for approximately eight minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance, I decided to leave. This experience was disappointing, and I don’t plan to return.

The food was great. However, prices are skyrocketing. Which wouldn't be as much of an issue, except I was charged wrong for an order, and the answering service was terrible, and I was never able to let them know. This location is fair with serving sizes, at least, or I am just used to chipotle sized meat scoops and have been duped. 2 bowls and a drink was 40$, at least 4 people were working, and it wasn't busy. You could easily get a delicious meal somewhere else for two for 25$, but Chipotle is delicious still and irreplaceable.

$42 for 6 peices of chooped up chicken and a pound of rice. Robbery at it's finest.

WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Every person I interacted with had pisspoor attitudes, and the food is even worse (which chipotle is truly never bad, so this took a lot to prompt me to write this review. Besides the terrible customer service). The guy taking everyone’s order on the line could barely speak up, making it hard to hear what he was saying. Like, seriously, talking at -2 decibels. He explained to me that they were out of white rice, which I wanted, but I understand that things happen and went with brown rice. Let me tell you- this brown rice is SO crunchy! Terrible! The chicken is also burnt. The cashier lacked any sort of energy checking me out and for whatever reason she slid my bag of food across the counter into me and didn’t say anything once I paid. Overall, I was just completely shocked at how everyone working looked and acted like they would rather be eating dirt than working in that moment. I get it, fast food/retail sucks, but the least you can do is exercise basic customer service. Would also like the mention that I noticed the line and dining area was pretty gross, bits and pieces of food everywhere. Won’t be coming to this location again, not that they care, but it would be nice if they took reviews seriously. Crummy attitudes and even crustier food.

My husband and I both have terrible stomach aches after eating there today. Never have dined at a Chipotle before and don’t think we will be back. The place was really dirty. Food all over the floor, tables were all dirty, bathroom was filthy.

Chipotle? Portion sizes were disappointing and small. Like half the bowl is filled and no longer full or topped off. Not what it used to be when portions were generous. No beans and they still skimped on the rice. How much is a rice really? Beans are more expensive than rice. You're miles may vary depending on the Chipotle you go to I suppose, and it would appear we were not the only ones who noticed the lack of portions at this Chipotle.

Chipotle can just go away now. The portions are absurdly small these days, and the cost is absurdly high. I love it when they are out of everything, especially chips, and chicken, and steak, oh and drinks!
