Service is terrible..the line stays constantly long to get anything From the register with one employee only working the register while you have several employees walking around doing nothing . You should automatically pull some one that help get the line down.. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Almost perfect if the adventure zone wasn't an additional $15. Very clean and fun. Food is great.

The staff there was great! We loved how they did something for the kids for Halloween.

We always have a great time with our two year old grandson!

10/10 EXPERIENCE. I came here with my drama class and the best experience was chuck e. cheese. the person was AMAZING! give them a raise to $10000 dollars per hour

The membership is the way to go. A fun place to go and let the kids run around and get out for a while without breaking the bank.

I don’t know what happened to Chuck E. Cheese over the years, but I haven’t been here in a while. All I can say is there’s so many rules about everything that it takes the fun out of everything. And having a trampoline jump area for the kids and if their parents can’t afford to pay for $20 a person to go in there which is highly expensive and outrageous. It’s like not fair to the kids at all. You need to include that into the price. Overall, it was very disappointing if people can Go back to the 80s whenever Chuck E. Cheese was cool fun and compare it to now It’s night and day

Fun spot for the kids, plenty of games and things for them to enjoy. Pizza is decent and they have beer on tap. Salad bar looks good too. Will return again soon. Less packed during the week for sure.

We signed up today. Unfortunately we’re very disappointed with Chuck only moved his hands, and also the assistant for prizes was very rude. She even rolled her eyes at us. I asked for someone else to help us. It was very unprofessional. Only one person was very welcoming and that was the person that helped us sign up.

The staff there is young but if you go ask them for help they respond well. The manager is very good at taking over when needed and getting to the bottom of an issue. I hope they stay together because they make a great team that effective. I want to thank them again for making my son's birthday party fun and successful!

I visited your facility for the first time today and signed up for a monthly plan, but I was disappointed to learn that access to the bounce house is charged separately. It would be more appropriate for the monthly plan to include this activity, especially since my children were disappointed and I was not prepared for an additional cost.

Additionally, I expected Chuck to be more lively and entertaining, but the experience was underwhelming.

I would like to cancel my subscription; however, according to your system, I can only do so in 12 months, which is very frustrating.
