⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chuck E. Cheese on Hancock Ave is one of our favorite places to go! As a daycare provider, I bring my kids here often — and every time, it’s such a positive and fun experience. The location is always very clean, and the staff is consistently kind, helpful, and attentive. One thing I especially appreciate is the level of security. The team keeps a close eye on the entrance and exit, and there are even cameras pointed at the doors, which gives me extra peace of mind while managing a group of little ones. The Fun Pass is a game-changer — it makes playing games super easy, and we love that it also gives 50% off food and drinks! The kids have a blast every time, and honestly, so do I. 😄 Highly recommend this Chuck E. Cheese location if you’re looking for a fun, safe, and well-run place for kids to play!

Chuck E Cheese didn't dance, he just did a few hand movements. He didn't have any energy. We were in a party the host was cool and friendly. The portions of French fries was terrible for the price. But at least they were cooked thru. Hot wings was cool. And the wait time for food was long. The host helped to speed that up. But the upgrade trampoline and obstacle course is a great addition but height limit is too low.

Extremely Disappointed – Corporate Needs to Intervene

As a paying parent with two Summer Fun Passes, my kids and I visit this Chuck E. Cheese 1–2 times a week. Unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disrespectful, unprofessional, and dismissive, especially from an older male employee with black and grey braids. He’s repeatedly rude, rolls his eyes, and acts annoyed anytime I ask for assistance.

Most recently, he refused to let me redeem a member-exclusive Dippin’ Dots coupon, even after a manager confirmed I could. Rather than apologize or correct his mistake, he doubled down and tried to charge me anyway. His attitude was unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

This has been an ongoing issue, and I’m beyond disappointed. We spend real money here, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect. Corporate needs to retrain this staff immediately! Once our passes expire, we won’t be back. Do better!!!

Come here all the time. The staff is always nice. They’re busy and I believe they do their best handling everyone’s needs as quickly as they can. The mangers and one of the staff members Jordan was super helpful and always is everytime we come in.

This was our first visit to this location, and we were pleasantly surprised. The venue appears more spacious than other locations in San Diego and offers a superior selection of games and prizes. Most notably, the manager, Megan, provided exceptional assistance by promptly resolving an issue we encountered with one of the machines—and she did so with a professional and positive attitude.

Very clean, priced well for the passes, just purchased a 3 month pass for Summer but they need to step on their salad bar game, bring back the eggs or chick peas! Something! I need to eat healthier while I play video games. Trampoline zone is 10$ per kid per visit they should add this to passes.

There are hundreds of games to keep children entertained for hours. The staff, was professional and friendly, and the area was clean. As an adult, the atmosphere and noise level makes it hard for me to relax, but would try again at non peak hours.

I visited from out of town and my kids had an amazing time. Who ever is the Chuck e cheese suit is so good with the kids. I think he said his name was Jett or Jeff later on when he was out of the suit. Great kid. Great experience. Clean place. Food is what you expect.

We went on a Saturday and it was crazy but probably perfect for kids. The staff was very attentive and I like that they do a security check to make sure that you leave with the same kids as you came in with.
