We had approached Cierra few months prior to our wedding and from that day until our wedding she was very helpful. From the taste testing to set up she was professional and fun. She took our dreams and made them better than we could have imagined. Our personal cake was decorated beautifully with a taste that left you wanting more. The set was done beautifully and matched our settings perfectly. Our guest own personal bunt cakes were great size and matched our cake. Cierra made everything easy.

Cake of my dreams! I don't even know where to begin but this cake was delicious and gorgeous! The red velvet was perfectly baked too! They were very nice and helpful through the whole process as well. Everything was customized to the number of guests and our preferences. Couldn't have asked for a better cake for our big day thank you so much!!❤️

The wedding cake that I ordered was the most amazing cake I have ever had. They used Non-Dairy ingredients. The cake was ordered based on how many people I had on my guest list. The Coconut Vanilla cake, with real Strawberry filling and Vanilla Buttercream frosting. WOW everyone’s tastebuds were bursting with joy, mouth watering flavors easily falling apart inside the mouth; being very soft and moist. The best parts was the cake did not give you a sugar rush or leave your mouth dry. The delivery was of the cake was fantastic, which took one less stressor of our plate. Thank you so much for the amazing experience Rating 100% the best wedding cake ever 🤩🤩🤩🤩.

So impressed with our cutting cake and cupcakes for our wedding. Sierra knocked it out of the park with our vision for both and she went above and beyond to make sure we tried samples before we ordered, personally delivered the wedding day order to the venue and even added some last minute gluten free options that she kindly thought of for our guests. Our cupcakes were so delicious that our guests devoured every one and my husband and I actually never ate one. But, that was our hopes and we got to enjoy our wedding cake for a week after the event. Every bite reminded us of our perfect wedding day!

We are from Salt Lake and in town for grandsons 3rd birthday. We ordered a cake a few months ago. Communication was awesome during the ordering process and cake was delivered to our rental. Let me just say we are blown away with how perfect the cake turned out. Birthday boy loved his cake as did everyone else.

I hired Cierra two years ago to create a cheesecake wedding cake for my wedding. It was a bit non-traditional, but Cierra rose to the challenge! We communicated mostly through email. I told her what I was looking for and sent her a few pictures for design inspiration, and then let her go to work. The day of my wedding, we had a last minute change of venue, but Cierra took it in stride and the cake ended up where it needed to with no issues.

Visually, the cake was beautiful. Absolutely stunning! Everything I could have hoped for. Then we reached the cake cutting portion of the ceremony.

I wasn't sure what to expect taste-wise from the cake. At the very least, I expected a basic cheesecake because I hadn't asked for anything fancy. What I was not expecting was for it to be the best cheesecake I'd ever had! It was amazing! And all of our wedding guests agreed.

Although we had a bunch of premade cheesecakes from Costco on hand to serve as the main desert portion of the meal, they were second-rate compared to this wedding cheesecake! A fact proven by the quick disappearance of the wedding cake once it was sliced and divide among the guests. The Costco cheesecakes (typically regarded as the standard for cheesecake among most people I know) were a forgotten afterthought. I really wish I could ask Cierra for her recipe, if nothing else, so I could make it once a year on our anniversary to relive that special moment. It was truly an exceptional cheesecake.

I never had the chance to meet Cierra in person and thank her for all of her hard work in making the cake and putting it together, but I hope this review will suffice.

Cierra, thank you very much for everything! I hope you are proud of your work. And just so you know, your cheesecake is now the new standard among my family and other wedding guests. Whatever you did to that cheesecake was straight up magical. ❤️

My sister ordered a cake for my 30th birthday from Clarke Confections and WOW, it was beautiful and so well done, but more importantly was the most delicious cake I have ever had! So many party guests made the same remark, we all loved it! Clarke’s will be my go-to for sweet treat needs from here on out.

This was my first time, but not the last time we will use Clarke Confections! I contacted multiple companies looking for someone to make gender cupcakes. With the dream that after the ultrasound we wouldn’t have to wait days for the cupcakes. I sent her an email and quickly got a response. She was open to making the cupcakes with our babies gender, and at my surprise she could have them done soon after. We arrived with the gender and very shortly after we had the beautiful cupcakes. Not only were the cupcakes so perfect for my daughter to be involved in the reveal but they were so delicious!! I recommend using her for any event, she truly makes a dream come true!!!

I live in CA and my niece lives in Twin Falls Idaho. It was her birthday and I wanted to have a cake delivered to her. I found Sierra @ Clarke Confections and I found not only a fantastic cake baker/artist but an amazingly warm woman with a big heart. She UNDER promised and OVER delivered on her product. She treated us as if it were her own family. My sister died awhile back and my niece was upset as she didn't get her mom's traditional chocolate birthday cake. I used to own a Bakery myself and I am sadly very critical when it comes to confections. I will reach out to Sierra every year so my niece can get her special chocolate cake. Thank you Sierra....you are a gift from God!
