SIMON’S YOGURT & PINEAPPLE WHIP

I took my girls here a few times after gymnastics and the place is filthy; disgustingly filthy. The floors were sticky with crusted dirt spots everywhere. The vents were caked with dust. All the tables were sticky. The chairs are falling apart and feel super unstable. There’s toppings spilled everywhere. The machines are leaking underneath and the liquid is pooling. The topping bar had finger prints everywhere. Everything just felt gross. I went a few times thinking it was just an off day or something, but it seemed consistent. Not going back again.

The absolute worst frozen yogurt. Insanely overpriced for horrible tasting yogurt, rancid taste like the machines aren’t ever cleaned. Stick to yogurt factory, they’re much better!

My son has been begging to go here again. It’s so overpriced I always say no. But tonight I decided to splurge and let him get one. He came home and asked me to taste it. He’s said it tasted like alcohol. I tried a couple bites and he was right. There was an alcohol taste followed by aftertaste. I told him to throw it out but he didn’t want to waste it. He couldn’t get past a couple of bites. I tried to call. Phone goes straight to voicemail. It seems that flavor could be fermented yogurt. We’re now hoping we don’t get sick.

Reviews are probably higher on this place because they offer a free dole whip for a rating. Unfortunately the dole whip is not creamy nor even a dole whip it’s essentially a $9 slushy you’re paying for. Please do not let his ruin your view on dole whips. There is also no pricing anywhere which is odd and make sure they don’t overcharge you. Super disappointed in the dole whip watery, slushy consistency.

Great frozen yogurt lots to choose from and it’s clean.

I was just in to Simon's Yogurt and it was an amazing service. They were attentive and patient in showing me what to do. Nicole is great. Thank you for great service. And the Dole Whip looks amazing too.

This is actually one of my favorite places, but I ran into a problem today and I just wanted to bring it to your attention… I love the pineapple yogurt very much and I get it all the time today I walked in and it tasted like plastic all I wanted to do was get something different and I was told they’re not allowed to give me something different. I just don’t think that’s fair cause if I owned a company, I would gladly let somebody exchange their yogurt if they didn’t feel like the flavor tasted like it did all the time… Anyways, thanks anyways I’m not coming back. I think that’s very rude that you can’t at least offer somebody something different. I wasn’t asking for my money back. I just wanted to exchange it for another flavor. That’s all. Thanks anyways.

This place is ridiculously over priced!!! 2 yogurts cost me $45 .
Public be aware of this place is a ripoff. THERE SHOULD BE LAWS AGAINST THIS KIND OF PRICE GOUGING

2 frozen yogurts were close to 40 bucks which is way to expensive and had to return and get another one due to the chocolate frozen yogurts tasting sour. All flavors were just not great tasting either sadly :(

I wish I could attached the pictures of our two small yogurts that cost $25.12. The bathroom sink was clogged and filled with water and the paper towel dispenser was not working. I suggest you go to another yogurt shop. Totally disappointed. :(

Test not good and so expensive!

Yogurt is what you expect, nothing special or different from all other frozen yogurt places, but nothing to complain about. Toppings are good though seemed like a smaller selection than many places and no fresh fruit options.

All decent and average so far.

But their pricing is absolutely ridiculously absurd. I put my own, maybe a little over half full, bowl down and it was showing almost $19! My two kids added theirs and the total for 3 bowls was $64 freaking dollars! Literally more expensive, by $13, than our entire dinner meal we just ate (it was Denny's, but still)! So much for a fun treat with the kids after dinner.

Inflation, tariffs... Whatever, can't be blamed for these insane prices. This is just good old fashioned greed. We will never be going back as there are so many other options, with even better selection, and actually fair pricing, that won't rip you off.

Enjoy my money, I guess, because you'll never get a cent from me again and I'll warn off any friends or family with suggestions on planes that don't greedily rip off their customers.

Good yogurt, but overpriced.

If you like frozen yogurt, this is the place. You got to try the Pineapple Dole whip. It's fantastic!!!
