I never write reviews, but I am absolutely appalled by the customer service. My order was messed up more than once. I had to drive back because they gave me a completely wrong blizzard mind you all I ordered was a small blizzard and a fry then when I go to get a refund, the manager doesn’t even say sorry doesn’t even look me in the eye.

My husband and I came to this location and tried to enter the dining area at 9:40 PM on a Friday evening. We were just going to order our blizzards and go. The sign on the door says that the dining area is open until 10PM on Fridays and Saturdays but the door was locked. I tried opening it and knocked and three employees just stared at us and then continued back to what they were doing. As someone who’s worked many fast food jobs during high school and undergrad this is unacceptable customer service. Attached is a picture of the sign clearly posted on the door, not one but 2 times! Hopefully their boss sees this review and has a conversation with them about closing early. I get it, it’s Friday and you want to go home but the doors shouldn’t be locked over 20 minutes before close.

Love the desserts here!We each got a plain cone and the ice cream was super creamy. It was delicious and the portion was actually pretty big. They also have a really wide menu with both food and ice cream treats.We came during a really busy time of the day and they were clearly backed up, but we didn’t have to wait super long. Everyone there was also really nice. The place itself was pretty spacious with lots of tables and chairs.We’ll definitely be back to try their other items! :)Parking: Their parking lot is pretty small. You might also get blocked by the drive-thru line at peak hours.

Love this place...always a fun place to eat some good fast food and dessert. Clean and quick service.
I went through the drive-through and ordered a blizzard and nothing else. The wait was a bit long, and when I got to the window to get my blizzard, the employees inside were chatting and not even acknowledging that anyone had pulled up. I waited, figuring the young girl was maybe giving the young boys some instruction, but after sitting there for about 2-3 minutes without acknowledgment, I honked. The kid grabbed my blizzard, didn't say hi, or apologize for the wait, handed it to me, and walked away. Terrible customer service.

It's been awhile since I've had anything from Dairy Queen. To me it seems as if the menu has been revamped some over the last several years. I downloaded the app while seated inside the actual location. I've realized this is the best way to order out for me. I always get a great deal and the orders are usually accurate. I went all out tonight and ordered a Triple stack burger for the man of my house, a cheeseburger for myself, an order of onion rings ( absolutely delish) and a banana shake. Everything was well above average. The banana shake had pieces of fresh bananas! The service was helpful with a smile. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The prices were reasonable, and if you order through the app they'll knock off a few more dollars . I Definitely will return when I get another D. Q. craving.

Always super friendly and great staff, but they have plumbing issues with their restrooms. The smell permeated the restaurant. They said they're working on it.
It was the first time in a while visiting this location and I remember why I no longer visit Dairy Queen. During my visit the place was empty. You would expect a warm greeting but all I got were employees chatting through their headset about their personal life and not worried about the customer. Such a shame.

Sadly I have to drop the review back down. I just happen to run across my receipt from before the $22 that they had charged twice erroneously from the first post. I thought that the manager had taken care of everything and fast forward I double check on my credit card. Thankfully! I did not just believe them when they said that they weren't going to put through the charges at all on some thing I never got that day. in fact both of the charges went through they never credited it back so not only did I get charged for some thing I didn't get, they charged me twice. Then when they said they weren't going to put that through on the end of the night was also incorrect and they never credited it back.More than likely I'm going to consider contacting corporate if this is not seen by them already for this location. This is ridiculous! I had spoken directly with the manager and when I called back to confirm the manager told the guy that answered the phone that she had taken care of it already. So not only that I follow up that same day but now I'm looking again and I'm the one to find that it was never handled. That's unfortunate! not sure how this could've happened but if it's a technical error then they need to look at their equipment. I can look past customer service issues that are corrected like they had but this is something that is going to have to get addressed as well. Maybe a follow up or notify the person to double checkthis is crazy 50 bucks worth of charges for stuff I never received

Service was ok no smile and when I got my sauced and tossed basket home one of the chicken tenders seemed to be bitten or ripped so I got 5 and a half strips instead of 6
