I come here pretty often and I'm consistently let down when I ask for fresh fries to be made and they're never made they always put fresh toppings on my chili cheese fries but I literally come because I want my fries made fresh truly a disappointment I'm going to have to reconsider coming to the Del Taco or consuming Del Taco at all because my fries are never ever fresh why can't they just make the fries fresh if I say I'm going to wait.

I went to all the stores in this shopping center getting to know the managers to land a job. My experience talking to the manager and employees here was very negative even though I was polite and cheerful. I still smiled and said thank you .

I don’t know if they have a sauce shortage but they make you feel bad and deny anymore sauce even if you buy it. I live right next to it and was going 4 times a week and they lost business because they give you like 5 sauces for 40$ of food it’s insane it’s mainly one lady in drive through that makes me just drive 2 more min down the road to Taco Bell where you can get the right amount you need 🤣

Got a bunch of hair in my food called to let them know about it so they could fix it and the manager got defensive. Instead of accepting the complaint, she got bitchy. All I had told them was to double check stuff like that because I don't want to eat hair.
We used to like coming to this del taco but for the last year we are truly over it. They almost 100% of the time send us from the window to park and wait and then when the food gets to the car 10 min later it's cold like it's been sitting. If I'm going to a drive through it's not to be sent to the parking spot to wait even when there is no one behind us. Today we got sent again to wait and they came out with soggy fries and missed one of our French fries. If you make us wait and still can't make good food there's a big problem

My husband went to pick up food for my autistic children while they attended a class near by. This place got our order wrong so my husband was away from the kids for 30 minutes for no reason, they didn’t get to eat, and we have to drive back to get our money back as prices have skyrocketed and a simply order for two kids is like $20. My son is currently crying from hunger. And please spare me the customer service response apologizing, there have been so many negative reviews before mine if Del Taco cared they would have trained their employees better already.

Went by ask gor hot coffe and the Manager himself he didn't have any at 7:45 in the Morning. When i ask if I can wait for a fresh pot he said yes and got upset.
