Host was very attentive keeping people informed regarding how long the wait would be, food was amazing specifically the brisket and brisket sandwich, The vibes were super cool with the DJ. Took my 15 year-old for his birthday with a group of friends and they had the best time!!!

We were at Destination Smokehouse on Feb 13 2026. We did a take out order. We were disappointed in the oxtails, because they were too salty. The pork ribs was good except some of them were burnt on the top. The first time we tasted the coldslaw and the baked beans they were absolutely delicious. This time, they were not that good. Its like they changed the coleslaw and the baked beans recipe from first time we tasted them, about ayear ago. But I can say that the candied Yams and the brisket was good.
For the money we spent it, it is not worth returning. The food is inconsistent and very expensive. We decided not to get the beef rib because it was $67.50 for one bone.
Instead, we decided to go to Dos Lagos and pick up a rack of beef ribs from Wood Ranch Bbq. One rack of Beef ribs (7 Bones) was $53.95. And their beef ribs was meaty and delicious. Plus it came with 4 garlic rolls.

Destination Smokehouse absolutely delivered a top-tier experience from start to finish. The brisket was incredibly tender and truly melted in your mouth. The turkey was moist, flavorful, and perfectly executed. The beef rib fell right off the bone, was exceptionally juicy, and had outstanding flavor with subtle pepper notes that really elevated the bite. The mac and cheese had just a touch of spice and was rich, creamy, and delicious.
The service matched the food in excellence. The door greeter was welcoming, helpful, and set the tone right away. The cashier was super friendly and provided great customer service. There was plenty of staff on hand, and everyone we interacted with was helpful, attentive, and accommodating.
We drove in from Fontana and it was 100 percent worth the drive. If you are looking for high quality barbecue with great service to match, Destination Smokehouse is a must try. Highly recommended.

Food was really good! Everything was good. Will say the oxtail was a let down. Dare I say this but they caked on too much seasoning on it. Need to let the taste of the meat shine a little more. Super expensive but you gotta pay the price to eat good bbq. The employees were pretty rude though! So that sucks a lil bit

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary here on valentine's day. It was our first time here and the food is amazing. It is worth the long wait. I also have celiac and all the food is gluten free. Will be coming back

What's the deal with tenderism situation? Was there foul play?
I have to be honest. I’m residing in Texas so when comes to smoke and bbq my pallet is no rookie. #1 they are overpriced. #2 the mac and cheese isn’t baked. It taste like stove top impo. The bake beans are ok. The brisket and beef ribs have my approval. But the oxtails… absolutely NOT. Idc about tender where flavor is lacking or overbearing. These oxtails are wayyyyy too seasoned. We ended up throwing them away.
On a good note the manager is so sweet.
Would i return if i lived here? If I couldn’t find a good smoke beef rib no where else then yes. If I could then no.

The food BBQ pork ribs is really good but ribs need to be cooked more done so the fat gets harder so you can eat it also fills like slim in your mouths but I’m from a family done south who knows all the tricks to cooking BBQ so you can eat whole bone fat and all. But it’s the best BBQ I ever had from a restaurant it’s definitely worth it !!!!!!!!!!

This was our 2nd time here. We got the SoHo burger because they didnt have pastrami today. The burger hit the spot: juicy, thick and full of that savory flavor i was expecting ! Theres too many rules--dont sit there, dont ask for the tenderism guy, and the superbowl menu was no longer available by the time we got inside. My favorite was the pork ends but this time it was more chewy than flavorful and tender like last time. We waited 1.5 hours this time and i guess the burger was worth the wait cuz it met my expectations. We'll be back to try the short ribs and the nachos. Maybe we'll just order takeout next time.

Planned a family trip “NOT” for the BBQ but for Mr Tendernism. But there’s too much DRAMA- going on AND alleged he’s fired because of a Jealous Owner- NOT A GOOD LOOK - this should have been worked out PROFESSIONALLY

The food was amazing but what made it memorable were all the kind and enthusiastic staff. From outside talking to patrons waiting in line and also doing the rounds making sure we were all taken care of in the dining room. We went on a Saturday so there was a dj giving out $50 vouchers and I’d say they’re very kid friendly because we were celebrating a kid winning mvp at her baseball game. The Mac & cheese was the best I’ve ever had, the brisket was so tender and the oxtail had a crazy kick to it. Overall such a wholesome experience can’t wait to visit again!

Got the paso burger, but the patty was so overcooked to the point that it was like eating saltine cracker. The cheese didn’t melt properly so it tastes like cardboard. The brisket is decent, tender and slightly juicy.
I would come back and give it another shot.
