Three of us stopped by yesterday, 7/10/24, at the Murrieta Ca location and I had to post this even though im not sure the owners will read this. We were waited on by Julian, along with a nice young lady who I didn't catch her name. I only know his name by the receipt i have. Julian was so helpful and courteous, he also introduced other items for us to check out on the menu. I've been in the restaurant biz for a long time and I must say that it felt like these two young servers are the definition of great service in a business that lately, has lacked the right front people to assist the public. The food, as always from Dickeys is great..and the service was refreshing! Thanks guys!! Great job! Felipe Rodriguez
Came in for a delivery order and waited in line while the two guests ahead of me were being serviced. The other customers got their order and left (Whole time I was never acknowledged when I was up next. I waited at least 5 minutes with no acknowledgement or any staff saying at least “I’ll be with you shortly”. Just stood there awkwardly until one guy finally spoke with me..) I hope this will help staff be properly trained on courtesy/customer service etiquette when dealing with guests..

This is not the Dickey’s I remember it being or tasting like ten plus years ago when I first tried one. I ordered the chicken breast plate, being that it is a BBQ place, you’d think you would get a nice portion of the meat with the sauce already on top, tasting like it’s been smoked for hours. Nope, they put the sauce on the side for you in a tiny container! (No wonder why they ask you if you want extra sauce). I had no clue I would get thin DRY sliced portions of plain chicken, I thought it was a kids serving. To make it worse my sides of mashed potatoes were watered down with skin and lumps inside and toast was cold and stale. Two plates for $36. I will never return to a Dickey’s again.

Absolutely excellent meal. I had the BBQ beef sandwich and its to die for. So delicious and fresh. Staff were friendly and the dining area was spotless clean. But the food was spectacular homemade by a family owned company. You have to try it.

I ordered the sandwich plate which came with 2 sides. Let’s start with the sandwich the pulled pork was cold not even warm. I got the fries and potato salad. The fries were the star of the meal. Their potato salad was horrible. It tastes like they made it last month or maybe they just left it out for a few days but that ruined it for me. First and last time… customer service was great but the quality of the food is nasty ?. I don’t know how this place is still in business. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE not worth the $16 a plate

We had a great experience here. The food is really good & you can tell they take pride in their BBQ. The customer service is on point. My boyfriend enjoyed speaking with the team about the different sauces and how they are made.
My overall experience here at Dickeys Murrieta was easily a great first time visit. Howard’s service was top notch, and he definitely takes pride in his business. Food was excellent, and me and my family were more than happy. Pulled pork sandwich is out of this world !! Definitely a meal to look forward too???
Best BBQ new to Murrieta and super friendly staff. The restaraunt is super well-kept, and very affordable these days with ever-rising food prices. Highly recommend as I am quickly becoming a regular.
Parking: Large parking area. Generally parking up front, but if not, always short distance from restaraunt.
I think we have one of the best Dickeys BBQ spots in Murrieta. This location is always clean, offering the best service I’ve had compared to other locations. Howard the owner hooks up your food so it will always be an enjoyable experience. Can’t stop going back! So glad they’re in my town because it’s the best BBQ -hands down!
