You’d get better faster service at a sit down restaurant. Every time I attempt to order take out from this dominos the wait is far longer (hours) than what the app tells me yet there’s a huge team of people pumping pizzas out. I don’t know if it’s just a dumb app giving a misleading time estimate or a management problem but I won’t be going back. I wish dominos would go back to the 30 minutes or less days.

Ordered for lunch today for curbside. Arrived it said pizza was done. Waited in car for 10 mins with hazards on no one came out. Went inside saw pizza on counter with an opened box of Parmesan bites and no employees in sight. After a couple minutes someone came out from the back asked what I needed. I told them I was there to pick up. He said he had run to the back for Parmesan sauce. Pizza and bites were cold. Our pizza was to be pepperoni and onion. There are 2-3 pieces of onion per slice.

I order frequently from this store. Today I ordered online like always. My order for pickup was paid for and my pizza ready time ( on my receipt even) is 10:02pm. . The store is open for delivery until 11pm. So.... I go to pick up my pizza @10:15 and the female employee scolds me about what time they throw away orders,and what time carry out closes, and ...... WOW!!! I said that I ordered AND already paid online. I could actually see my pizza box on the pick up rack. She still went on a verbal rant ( angry) for a few more minutes about pick up and order time . ??...... WOW!!! I don't think I'll be spending my money there again.

Absolutely terrible experience trying to order through the company Domino's. I have always had decent food here, and the employees have always been good to me, but the actual experience of trying to submit an order for food online is terrible. The website lacks any sort of clarification as far as upcharges, they don't even list prices for when you're ordering, and the hidden fees are so pervasive that the (VERY helpful) employees aren't even sure why I am getting charged extra on my order. I just choose to not eat at Domino's, because this company is obviously struggling for cash with these shady practices. ALWAYS check the prices you're paying compared to the actual deals you're offered, you will find there are little 50 cent upcharges here and there that are unexplainable. I'd rather give my money to CEOs that know how to run a business without stealing from their customers.

I won't be going to this store again. The place has no sense of customer service. The workers are so rude and look and act wild!! The manager was threatening to pull a weapon out of her backpack and shoot a guy arguing with her about leaving the store while customers were between her and the guy!!! And it looked as if they were selling old or returned food, too much to explaine now. Don't go to this store, In Las Vegas no less???

Visiting from out of state n decided to try this Murrieta location. I don't normally order fast food pizza.. Ordered two pizzas for $7.99 each added one extra topping on one pizza. Surprised that ONE TINY, tiny portion of "extra" topping cost $2.51. That's a rip off since that topping for a WHOLE veggie is about. 50 cents at the store. Extra meat- yes, but they were all tiny portions of veggies, nope. Tasted like frozen ingredients. Beware of that $7.99 deal it turned into $10.50, plus taxes. Pizzas were okay, nothing to write home about. Just a heads up stick to what the coupon states on extras.

First, I ordered for delivery and put the instructions to please knock on the door and not ring the doorbell. The delivery person knocked then put the food on the ground and left. Don’t they usually hand you the pizzas? I didn’t know they just throw the pizzas on the ground when they deliver. Second, one of the pizzas I ordered was pepperoni and it had no sauce! It was just cheese and pepperoni… Very disappointed in the food and the service. Zero stars.
