Great new spot! Best pizza I have had in the Murrieta/Temecula area. Super friendly staff and nice outdoor seating. Think I found our new spot!

The quality of pizza from chain restaurants is never an issue from one to the next unless it’s randomly awful. Hard to mess up melty cheese! The service, however, totally varies. Darren took my order and was super awesome. Nice, helpful, good vibes. He deserves serious props and maybe a raise. It makes me want to only return to this dominos knowing that repeat business speaks volumes and his good vibes deserve that!

Frustrating how the manager gives military discounts, but when he’s not here, everyone else refuses to give it.

I ordered online for pick up. But the two individuals who helped me today 10/21 around 4:20 made my pizzas so GOOD. The gentleman too who gave me my pizzas was so nice. I tried to wait to get a good picture of one of the pizzas but I couldn’t help myself to eating some. Thank you so much for the great customer service and amazing food. Couldn’t be happier. Sorry for the missing slices couldn’t help myself but thank you so much for great food and customer service.

This was a second chance with Dominos Pizza.

I placed a small order on the Dominos app on my phone and I was advised I could pick up my food in 14 minutes after placing my order, and I showed up 15 minutes later to the business for an employee to state, “yeah it’s gonna be a while”… so I gave them a grace period of 10-15 minutes, went back inside the store, and a shift supervisor advised it’d be 20 more minutes. On that note, I left.

Luckily I didn’t pay in advance, and I’m extremely glad to know Dominoes wasted their time making a pizza for nothing. I’ll never do business with them again after giving a second chance and I look forward to promoting other businesses over them.

EDIT: THE REPLY FROM THE OWNER IS A LIE- THEY NEVER "LOOKED IN TO THE MATTER" BECAUSE THE STORE NEVER ANSWERED THE PHONE TO EVEN GET INFORMATION FROM ME. THEY WERE PICKING UP THE PHONE AND HANGING IT UP RIGHT AWAY SO THEY WOULDN'T HAVE TO TAKE MORE ORDERS. I CALLED ANOTHER LOCATION TO SEE IF THEY WOULD ANSWER- THEY DID. THIS LOCATION HOWEVER CONTINUED TO ANSWER AND HANG UP. I AM ATTACHING THE SCREEN RECORDING OF THE LAST CALL I MADE THAT I TOOK SO I COULD PROVE WHAT WAS HAPPENING.

After a certain time at night, they pick up the phone and hang up so they don't have to take anymore orders. As soon as the call connects to the store, they pick up the phone and hang it up. Doesn't matter how many times you call and that the store is open- they answer and hang up on you.
