Domino’s App notified me that my order was ready and is ready to be picked up, as soon as I got inside I was then informed that it was not ready and that i have to wait 15 more minutes. After like forever of waiting I got my order and upon checking my pizza was burnt! Bad service.

Didn’t acknowledge us until another person was in line waiting, pizzas were both undercooked and doughy not just in the center. $30+ I could have just gone to blaze or gotten a frozen one from the grocery store 😞

ALWAYS make the most delicious pizzas - especially today despite it being the busiest I’d ever seen the place!! They were backed up and my order took an hour but they continued to do their best and not neglect the quality of their food and service. Thank you dominos!! :D

Kid-friendliness: They were so friendly to my toddler and waved as they made pizzas.

Told us our order was ready for pickup before they started making it and then still got our entire order wrong. Strongly suggest going anywhere else.
After a week long struggle, management was able to rectify the situation with a full refund.
Terrible employees, decent management, neutral efficiency.

This is the second time I have tried this Dominos, and it is still a horrible experience. The driver was polite enough, but delivery is slow because they have too many stops. Also, the food was terrible. The pizza was not cooked properly and the cinnamon twists were greasy and flat; we just threw them away. Complete waste of money and no quality control. Two strikes is enough for me to be done with this place, especially after reading the other reviews. I think they are only in business because people expect a Dominos to be decent.

This is my 2nd review at the location. First off the employee that brought out my food had no customer service manners. I'm the one that has to say hello first and then I said thank you and she walked away from my car because I did curbside. Got home and the pizza that was cut is a joke, not only that but the toppings are all in the middle wth. I shouldve gone to the margarita location instead.

Service was absolutely TERRIBLE. First off i ordered a pizza around 5:14pm and the lady told me my pizza was going to arrive between 5:47 - 5:57pm.

Then it was already 6pm and i decided to call back. When i called back i told the lady to get me an update on the order and she transferred me to another call and it hung up on me. I told the lady that it hung up and she did not care and hung up on me. I called back 12 times.

My order ended up coming at 8pm!! I told the delivery guy what was up with that and ignored me saying he did not seem to care.

Do NOT order from this place.

Got a text that the driver was on his way. 35 minutes later, still no one here so I called and the guy (kid) who answered was combative. I told him I'd like to cancel and he hung up on me. I immediately got a text that said the order was canceled. I called back to ask for a manager, and after being on hold for 4 minutes, they disconnected the call. I called from a different phone, asked for a manager, and got another kid named Adrian. He tried to apologize but it was obvious he didn't care either so no point in giving a 20 year old a hard time. Don't bother with this location, the franchise owner clearly doesn't care about his business.

Ordered 3 pizzas online. When I got to the store the employee was boxing them up. Friendly service and my pizzas were delicious. I used a coupon 3 pizzas under $30!

I placed an order for delivery, it showed as delivered but we had not received it. I called and they forgot to send it out, when driver finally delivered it, he put our food on the ground on the door mat we wipe our dirty feet.
