Domino's Pizza

Just got delivery. Quick and fresh. I tried to beat the guy to the door so my dogs wouldn’t bark, but even though he didn’t knock, of course the dogs barked. I told him I was trying to “avoid the drama” meaning my dogs…I try to keep them quiet but the doorbell and visitors seem to set them off. Thank you for the pizza delivery in the rain!

I've tried multiple times and keep asking myself why I bother. This place is a joke.

My OG review was from 5 years ago. In a pinch I made the mistake of trying dominos again. I ordered in store. One pepperoni and one cheese pizza. 30 minute wait and i walked out of the store with 2 pineapple pizzas. Drove home and had to come back. Such a waste of time and effort.

I’d like to give big thank you to their delivery driver Ashton. He is the best delivery driver and whenever I see he’s delivering my pizza, my day is brightened. He is always on time, he has an amazing smile, and is super caring!!

Bought 3 pizzas none of them were cut

This place is horrible! Had to get my pizzas redeliverd tonight with the same results. I called and spoke with the manager because my crust was doughy. He told me that he would be remaking the pizza himself and having it delivered. Same results doughy crust unmelted cheese. Never again would i order from Domino's.

If u wanna pick up takes over an hour never heard of dominos taking so long

I love their pizza with extra cheese! App makes ordering so much easier!

Unfortunately this is the closest dominos to my house so I always try to be optimistic when ordering but if you order at 7pm prepare for your order to be done at 9pm - they are always way behind. I suggest calling in your order and do not place online. They lack urgency and care for their customers as well.

Took 2 hrs to get pizza when the app said 30-40min. Crazy how far Dominos has fallen off from the 30 min or less days

Ordered at 5:24 pm according to their app. App said 21-31 minutes so I showed up at about 5:55. First, they tried to give me someone else's order, then they said they hadn't started my order yet, but they would now. Will be 15-20 minutes. The crew is absolutely apathetic and seems to hate their jobs. No attempt to apologize or service recovery. Aren't they all making $20 an hour to make pizzas? Anyway guess I'll try the sun city location next time

This location used to be my "go to" but not anymore. Their service has gone way down and the wait time is outrageously long. Ordered a pizza the other day and was told the wait tile would be over an hour. I placed my order as I was in no hurry it was their "new" New York style pizza hald cheese and half pepperoni. I went back an hour later and was told it was ready and it would be another 30 minutes. WTH?! They said it was because one of the ovens was broke. I waited and the place was getting busy with other disgruntled patrons and finally my pizza was ready. I took it home only to discover it was the wrong order!! It was sausage and pepperoni, my wife is vegetarian so no pizza for her. I went back the next day for a refund because it was late and no one answered the phone and was told no refund could be given because it was a day later. They offered to make me another pizza at no cost so I accepted. Still an hour wait. Both pizza's were not good! This is not how a company should treat their customers. I will not be visiting this location again. There are better pizza places with better prices and less wait time. Do not waste your time at this location. Subpar food, bad service, and they just don't care.

Since when did Dominoes stop offering parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes? That is a pizza side staple. Wait is too long, pizza just ok, no parm and pepper toppings....you just lost a customer....too many other pizza options that are better and offer accompaniments. Sorry Dominoes but you made these choices easy.

Worst customer service experience I have ever came across.
How do you wait 1 whole hour BEFORE starting the actual order?!
Then hang up on us 3 times before finally answering the call?!
Will never be using this location ever again. Absolutely terrible.

Get home from work order pizza can see that Nancy started prepping only to check back an hour later with no activity. So I decide to call, get hung up on 3 times. Absolutely ridiculous go elsewhere for pizza don’t waste your time
