Every Wednesday, I go here and it’s always the same lady taking the order. She gets the order wrong each and every time; I never once said anything! Sometimes it could be an easy fix. But, this time around she had an attitude when I asked did she put ‘no meat’ on one of the plates. Her response was “Do you not see it on the screen there” as she is pointing at the screen and scrolled. I responded “ Do you have an attitude? It clearly says beef and you always get our order wrong”. She tried to justify her response and say that the kitchen messed up a previous order. Just to get home and the order was still INCORRECT. The food is good but I will no longer order if she is there from now on, that was my final straw. She has tattoos with blonde/black hair. Claims she “remembers” the order but does not because it’s always WRONG. She needs to start listening to the customers order and place it properly.

Very Small amount of food now 18$ for a very small carne Fri fris were very under cooked to will not be going back
Placed a DoorDash order like I’ve done several times. Received my soggy undercooked chilaquiles with green sauce. It appears the tortillas were not fried or so lightly fried them were immediately soggy. I also requested red sauce with fried, over hard eggs.
The information on the ticket does not match what I requested on DoorDash. I assume this is manually input by staff in house. This is extremely disappointing. I tried to call and get this issue resolved, however I was put on hold and no one returned to the line.
