Customer service is very low grade.
Food is pricey for what you get.
If you dine in, they make you order the food your self from a kiosk.
Was not impressed.
Idiots always forget the the sauce for tostada. It's absolute crap without that dressing. Waste of money

pollo bowl had a fowl taste. I couldnt eat it and I'm a 271 lb Male so for me it is a very rare occurrence. my daughter's rice was old.

I ordered the 4 piece meal for 2. Instead, they gave me the 4 piece regular meal. I didn’t catch it until I got home. Mistakes from this location is chronic.

Great place to go to the drive-thru and grab quick bite to eat. I love their BRC burritos and when I'm in the mood they're chicken is good as well
