El Pollo Loco

Stop by this location late afternoon in hopes to pick up dinner for my family after a longs day of work. To my surprise I was informed that there was no Chicken available. It is real disappointing that you go to a location expecting to purchase what they are Known to sale but not have the product available. Do Better Pollo Loco. Had to grab dinner elsewhere.

Horrible experience with the Veronica and the cubby girl that was working tonight, they had no customer service and to top it off they forgot to make my chicken quesadilla.

I love that the cashier/clerk but my order correctly and included these sauces I wanted as well as enough of them. It sounds like such a simple task but not always so in modern America these days. She was awesome! And I love how she anticipated are needs. Wish I would have gotten her name or else I would mention her more specifically in this review. And I must add that the food was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious! I love that this place is so close to my house! It's a go-to place for me and my family and it has been for many years.

Worst service ever.

Staff was super helpful! They said their hi’s and bye’s. I had a problem redeeming a coupon and a girl came behind the counter to help me redeem it. Loved that! Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you!

Customer service is very low grade.

Food is pricey for what you get.

If you dine in, they make you order the food your self from a kiosk.

Thank you to Veronica, Crystal, Maria, and to all the other supervisors and staff. My boys worked here for a few years and were truly blessed to be surrounded by amazing people. They learned, grew, and met wonderful friends here. This was the best first job anyone could’ve asked for. Thank you!! ???
