The drive through people are oblivious to getting orders right. I ordered 2 creamy cilantro sauces with my burrito along with other extras got charged, and didn't receive anything but the burrito. Not even napkins or a receipt. Stay away from this location

Chicken bowl hardly had chicken. I've gotten these at other locations and noticed significantly less protein. I don't know if it's just this location or if it's new policy but was very disappointed. Customer service was fast and great tho. Clean spot too!

Had made my purchase online through my app. Ordered a 12 peace family meal. I'll start with I've always have liked El Pollo Loco good chicken. Before moving up here I would say I would have 2 to 3 times a month in San Diego and never had a problem. Tonight it was a nightmare. First the chicken was burnt and very dry. Second there is a sticker on my bag that says accuracy guaranteed. Will it didn't happen. They forgot my chips. But will still try the other location just a little further away from the house.
The drive thru always moves quickly even when it gets backed up. Food is always hot and fresh. Never had an issue with anything missing from my order.

We go to this El pollo loco many times but today was the worst. The wait was long and it took 10 minutes until they took our orders. We order 1 kids meal and 1 chips with guacamole. We got our food after the big family that was behind us got theirs food first. And the managers was also bad with service and was not friendly at all. We will not be back to this location.
