Ordered ONE jr bean & cheese burrito today- didn't realize they charged me $21.62! When I got home and saw the receipt-I could not believe how much it was! Unreal. Hopefully I get the difference back for what I paid.

What can I say? I'm Latino, and this is one of my go-to places. I always get the combo plate that have a burrito, Toscana, and crispy taco. I can barely eat 2 items so I have one for later

Food not that great.

It really is disappointing how a locally-loved business doesn’t care for the community it’s built around. If a child coming from school PAYS for a meal, being completely respectful to your staff and having no history of being disruptive in your establishment, I can’t see any reason as to why they cannot eat that meal there. Additionally, stating to the young girls “we only have to go” when you had just offered the customers in front of them the choice of eating there (inside) is infuriating. I grew up in this area and alike those girls, loved spending afternoons there with friends and have never had to face such ugly customer service as they had. I’m not sure when this ‘policy’ began but at least have the decency to explain it to these children PRIOR to taking their money so that they can spend it elsewhere.

This place always hits the spot, the food is always super delicious and on top of that the cashiers up front are always super friendly every time I come in. You can tell they really care about their customers which is really rare to see nowadays. Been going here for a while and will continue to!

Cold food, sloppy, tasteless, wrong order. If that is how they serve food...I won't be back. Cold fish burrito, order beef taquitos. Got one beef, burnt, one chicken. Cheese enchilada. Covered in sauce, unrecognizable. Beans and rice cold. Floor had spilt water/soda which soaked my pants.

Pretty awesome chorizo burrito. Get papas in it. Really puts that burrito over the top.

Staff was friendly and my takeout order was readyq uick. ordered the Cali breakfast burrito it was good, but a little on the bland side. They have lots of Salsa's to choose from, and they are pretty good with a wide range of mild and spicy ones.

2 or 3 places that have decent Mexican food nearby, but El Ranchito stands out.
