The manager working tonight was amazing and super helpful. I was given the wrong order and brought it up to her and she was extremely kind and reassuring that I wouldn’t have to wait long for this to be fixed since my order hadn’t come out yet. She asked multiple times if there was anything she could to do make up for the inconvenience to which I declined because it wasn’t a big deal. Mariah was very polite and kept giving me updates on my order every time she came out. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10/10 recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve been going here for years. Today I go in and order a chicken and rice bowl. I received my food with barely any rice and chicken while it’s also drenched in chipotle ranch. Not to mention my food was cold and I waited over 10+ minutes. I spoke with an employee and asked for my bowl to be remade, he comes back saying they can’t do that. He proceeds to say that “ most of the chicken was eaten,” there was never any chicken in the bowl to begin with. Terrible portions. It was hassle. Terrible customer service. No accountability. The manager Mariah or Maria however it is spelled was telling her employee this and she was NO HELP at all. Tried to say because I drizzled sauce on top that’s why it was too saucy when I received a bowl of chipotle ranch with little to no food. If I wanted a bowl of sauce I would’ve asked for it but I didn’t. As a manager, do better. I will be contacting corporate.

I was in So Calif recently and was staying in Murrieta for the night and needed a quick take out to take back to my hotel. Service was great and fast. Ordered strips and bread sticks. Strips were so good and the bread sticks were fresh and delicious. The atmosphere was very inviting. Will be back on my next trip to California.

Been coming here for years. Probably the last time. Vegetables were old, Bread was hard, chicken portion was small. For 28 dlollars and I could only eat the 4 small chicken strips and fries. I’m gonna take my business elsewhere.

stopped for a beer and a few wings. After 40 minutes my beer glass was long empty and still know wings! Won’t be coming back. Never had to wait that long at Buffalo Wild Wings even when there was a line to get seated.

Terrible at handling simple customer service— simply got the order wrong and all i did is asked if they could add the “ranch” and they wouldn’t take responsibility and instead made it so difficult to simply correct it. Im not one to argue about it like they seemed to want to handle it. I had no choice but to ask for a refund and end my business here. In the end this business lost more- i got my refund and you lost product and future business.

I ordered more than 30 dollars worth of food at this place. My fries came out cold and i requested the manager to swap them out for hot fries. She came back with my old cold fries at my table and stated per policy, she can't replace the food it it's 50 percent gone. 75-80 percent of my fries were still there. I asked her if she had no authority as a manager to make the customer happy and she said unfortunately I have to listen to the owner about their policies. It was so disappointing. This place, the food and service has gone from bad to worse. I will never go back.
Food took 45 minutes to get to us. We decided to stop here at 245 and assume we'd be able to make our movie at 4. My mistake. Ordered at 2:47 and food didnt get to us until 3:32. You also can't say they made it fresh, because the fries were hard and stale. I even made the people I came with try it so they could see I wasn't lying. Had to scarf down the food within 8 minutes so we could catch our movie at Regal. Don't come here if you dont have the time. Restroom smells and is humid.

Wanted to try some different wings, outside of the typical BWW experience. We’ll just being forward but this place blows. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food, the bathroom didn’t lock, and when I asked questions at the register the cashier was not helpful. Food was mediocre and just didn’t live to the hype.

Faith was phenomenal very charismatic and knowledgeable about the menu and made me aware of the Chipotle sauce which I had no clue existed! ... Honestly she deserves a raise hell she deserves to be the store manager possibly president she's got the face and the voice that epic wings needs. But overall she is a hard worker and definitely deserves recognition for all the work she does.
