Service was terrible. Employees lack communication with customers. I waited 1 hour for my food just for a worker to ask me about my order. He then tells me they forgot to call it out. One hour long wait for cold food because of their incompetence. You’d have a better time watching grass grow than going to this place.

Been coming here since wings, and things in 2015. This place has gone to hell since the change. I ordered a single meal stripes extra wet mild, and my girl food over the phone. They told me it would be ready in 20-25 min. I showed up in 15 min, and got home, mind you I live 8 min away. My food was cold, almost like it’s been in the refrigerator. I’ve never left a bad review I don’t think, but this will be my first. I had to heat it up in the microwave. I know the owner will see this, and write the same bs that he does on every other bad review on here, but I will never come back to this location again, also the lady I left a tip for at the front acted like she was doing me a favor.

Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way a business chooses to address them says everything, and he went above and beyond to make things right. His customer service was excellent, and I’m grateful for how respectful and attentive he was throughout the process.

The worse service from the cashier! What’s up with these gen z thinking they know everything and not having respect for people! Went in tonight and the girl who took my order Sienna was so rude! First of all since when did Epic wings cant make commendations to there guest?! I asked for two plain strips as extra side for my order and Sienna told me that I had to order 4 of them I couldn’t just order two, so I did and I wanted to with sauce and two without sauce and she told me I couldn’t! But funny how the Temecula and Hemet location I’m am to order them that way and even Abel to order just two as extra not once has the other locations have told me no like this one has. She was laughing the whole time! Then I leave to the table come back to get my drinks and I hear another girl tell Sienna “oh she coming back up” The manger was no help either! Definitely not coming back to the Murrieta location!

One of my favorite places to watch sports. The wines and bread sticks are top notch. The food is always fresh, the atmosphere is awesome. The staff is super cool. Ava always takes great care of us and is always super friendly.

I stopped here on my way through to Temecula and oh my it was great!! I'm definitely going to be making this my go-to spot when passing through. It was my first time and I had no idea what to get but thankfully I was able to catch the young gentleman's name of Reynaldo to assist my husband and I about what to get. He mentioned the bread was really great and suggested one of the wing combos and safe to say it was all delicious. I always like to get a little bit of everything when trying a new place. 10/10 would come back and try something new with new flavors too!!

Went the other night to watch Thursdays night football with some friends. Ordered a few drinks and some wings, got 12 wings by themselves half garlic mild and have garlic lemon pepper. My garlic mild wings seemed to be cold and the sauce was very very cold like it had been sitting out. I brought my plate up since I only bit out of one wing and the manager Mariah quickly fixed it and gave me some freshly cooked wings with sauce that was perfectly warmed. Excellent service and an amazing way to help me out. I usually hate sending food back for any reason but Mariah was very sweet and helpful!
Angelicka helped us the whole night and she was great would definitely go back because the food was great and so was she

Had stop by this epic wings on the way home and one of the workers named Reynaldo helped guide me and my family throughout our whole order. His customer service was excellent and was so kind to my two kids. Would come again not only for the food but the welcoming atmosphere as well.
