DRY. OLD. HARD. Do you know how hard it is to make DRY chicken thighs? This meat had to be cooked at lunch time, we ordered at 6:11pm.
This was our 3rd time getting old dry chicken shards on our bowls - 98% rice + chicken skimps, inedible from this location. Called, asked for manager & was told to come in tomorrow to talk with her. I declined and asked to leave a message. Manager had her employee to call me back to gather more information. Provided everything, he called back & said manager is willing to remake everything or if we bring the bowls back uneaten we can get a refund. I placed my called as I was attempting to eat my dry rice bowl and the others had already started on theirs. Not going back & forth with a 3rd party about this and now I understand why this location has horrible service & food now, the leader is lazy and disconnected. Hard pass, save yourself $ and go anywhere but here.

Tried this place for the first time and was honestly disappointed. I paid $24 for two chicken bowls — one was all white meat — and both had very small portions of protein. The flavor was decent, but the bowls were basically just rice with a little meat sprinkled on top.

It felt more like fast food than anything else, and yet the cashier still prompted for a tip, which felt out of place given the setup and service. For the price, I expected to at least feel full — but I left still hungry. Won’t be returning anytime soon.

If you want a bowl full of rice come here and buy you won’t be disappointed. I’ll never spend my money here again. Mind you this isn’t the first time and I thought this was a one time thing and it would get better but nope. This place is crap

Very disappointed. Ordered two chicken bowls and you could tell the chicken was not freshly cooked. You can tell by the toughness and crunchiness. My wife took hers back and that was the time you started to actually hear the cooking fresh chicken. They replaced the bowl and you could tell the difference. It's a shame when the cost of things are high and you are given day old, previously cooked chicken. Makes you not want to go to any establishments again and definitely not this one.

Zero stars! So disappointing to spend $40 just to find a disgusting long hair in my food. 🤢

The manager named Patricia literally with an attitude tells me I cannot get a little bit of soda on the small cup i tolder I didn't know. then she asked me if I wanted to purchase a drink and I said I will if I have to, then she just roll her eyes at me.I understand employees have the right to tell you the rules of the store, but they're ways and morals on how to do it.

Service is good, but the food… probably the worst bulgogi I’ve ever had :(

First time here, won't come back. Whoever's in the kitchen is undercooking everything. I got a bowl with brown rice, tofu, and veggies and every single thing in it was way too crunchy and undercooked, even the rice. It was passable but I'm not paying to eat food that isn't cooked properly. I've never had this problem before at any place I've eaten at, ever. Train your employees better.

Gotta Love Flame Broiler. Quick, tasty, one of my favorite go-to fast foods. Simple yet delicious.

It's been about 10 years since I've had flame broiler. Thought I'd try it again today. I'm giving this 5 stars based on their sauces alone. They had new ones since I've last been there, but man the jalapeño and triple hot sauce was on point
