Still by far the most excellent ramen I have had anywhere, including in LA and the bay area. Don’t miss this place. Hope they open again soon.

Visiting from Arizona found this restaurant for sushi and ramen. My BENTO BOX is fire!! In other words it is Bomb! Very friendly service as well.
I've never thrown out sushi before. Their sushi is subpar and quiet frankly, unappetizing. Nothing tasted fresh. I've had way fresher and better quality at Ralph's.I ordered a variety of rolls and nigiri. The cucumber was dark green and mushy. The rice was stiff. The yellowtail had no flavor. The crab mix was tough. The tuna nigiri was the only decent thing I ate. I paid way too much for this. Two stars because the customer service is good, otherwise I'd give a one star.Perhaps their other menu items that are NOT sushi are appetizing but I'm not sure if I want to try.
Tonkatsu broth is very flavorful.Pork chashu is nice & tender.Ramen & udon noodles are greatInconsistent product quality:eggsSoft boiled marinated eggs are nicely seasoned but hard boiled/overcooked often times. They are hardly soft jelly as displayed on their menu & images. Which is the classic way to serve eggs in ramen.Grey egg yolk from last week is burnt seasoned soft boiled egg.Multiple eggs are from today overbooked again but not burnt this time.Photo captioned web site is of their menu reflecting a perfectly soft boiled egg.Typically, we will order 2 ramens or a ramen & a ramen burrito. Both ramens are usually ordered with 2 extra eggs. The down side on to go orders is you won't know you have anything missing until home unless you open in the restaurant & look like a Karen >.< More often than not, we are not given the extra eggs in our to go orders. These last 2 visits, I decided to check my order at the counter & saw I was shorted the extra eggs. Last week I was only given the 2 extra but not the original half it comes with. This week it was the same but they said it is because they charge $2/half egg not $2/egg. I did request 2 extra eggs not half & it was not like that previously. I asked if they changed their rate & was told that it has always been like that. It is fine if the rate changed but that is not what was said. Again, inconsistent unfortunately. The receipt also says "extra egg" not "extra 1/2 egg." Regardless, I would have continued with taking my order if the eggs were not hard boiled vs soft boiled because the soft boiled seasoned eggs are my favorite part to ramen. I don't mind paying extra for good food. I don't want to pay extra extra for over cooked & wrongly prepared food. Especially the favorite part.I use to recommend Ideku to friends & family. If their product consistency is improved, I would love to continue recommending them & being a customer myself. However, 30 minutes one way is a long drive for ramen just to get home & see you are missing parts of your order or it is over cooked. It's then too late to go back. They have received plenty of free money from us by withholding product on multiple occasions.
I have never ordered Ramen for take out because I was always afraid of the quality by the time you get it home. But I must say Ideku knows how to do it right!! All 3 Ramens we're perfect we just had to reheat the broth just a little and that's because it's so freakin cold right now. We will definitely be going back!! ?????
Let me explain why IDEKI only has 4 stars and why I only gave them 3 stars. The simple fact is that they only open their dining room on Saturdays. That's a terrible business plan. Noone wants to eat out of paper cups. I love the food but this place is loosing from the simple fact that people want the convenience. I guarantee this place would do so much better if they'd perk the place up a bit, and simply opened up some seating. Their next competition is like 20 miles away. They'd kill the ramen game if they'd just listen to the customers. It's the ambiance that people crave and it's what will keep them coming back. Imagine, you're really craving sushi and ramen, and you are forced to eat out of cheap paper bowls and plastic containers. I am always craving this place but I always choose other options simply because staring at my living room TV and having to drive all the way there and back is such a terrible hassle. Come one IDEKU I love ramen and I love this place but you'd do so much better if you'd stop being cheap, get new chairs and tables and open up! I can almost guarantee you'd sell tenfold. Your business is working backwards and might not survive if you keep this up. However. I love the food and I just wish I had a better experience.
Ideku... oh boy where to start. My wife placed an order and was informed it would be 50 minutes. I showed up a bit early, about 30 minutes left on the order and the gentleman who took my card (*no cash accepted here) points at my packed three orders of ramen and says he's just awaiting my 2 rolls. Okay, I'm already thinking I have 30 more minutes to wait and drove about 20 minutes to try this place out for the 1st time so my ramen order will be cold or luke warm at best. Why did they prep the ramen so early if their sushi takes so long to prep. There are three customers awaiting their orders ahead of me and I consider maybe a couple phone orders as well. I stand there 30 more minutes while one of the three other customers keeps going to and from his vehicle complaining where are their 2 sushi rolls, they have to go. During which 2 seperate walk in customers stand by the door awaiting the 2 guys behind the counter to say hi to them, but the staff is busy doing their thing at a very relaxed pace without any sense of urgency and without saying anything to any of us waiting. So yes, the two seperate customer's walk out the front door and I witness them leave in their cars. The only time we received attention is if you are standing in front of the register or they hand you the food, every time simply handing the food and turning to walk away. No thank you, sorry for the wait, hope you enjoy... nothing said to any of the customers who were there with me..Now 60 minutes after the order is processed and I'm there almost 40 minutes, the guy that took my payment comes out with my 2 rolls and turns to walk away. I ask for the 3 ramen orders and he insisted he gave them to me. I emphasize I have been standing by myself for over 40 minutes and haven't received any bags or food. They must have given it to someone else. He casually walks into the kitchen and orders me a replacement of my 3 ramen. Now another 10-15 minutes goes by and I finally walk out with my 3 ramen and 2 rolls. But it doesn't stop there...I get home and unpack everything to find dark brown spots all over the avocado roll my wife ordered. I call it in and let the man on the phone know this appears inedible to me and I would like a refund. He states he is looking at the avocado husks and they do appear a bit over ripe but it's okay to eat. I emphasize that I am 40 yrs old and have been eating avocado most of my life and this avocado is bad and I will be throwing it in the trash, also I have taken a picture and will gladly text it to him and again insisted on a refund. He agrees, looks up my name and order number and states he will refund the avocado roll. I thank him and the call ends. It is now the end of the 2nd day and my refund for the $7+ has not hit my debit card. No refund was processed. This place needs a new manager and definitely work on over promising and under delivering.Their flavors are okay, noodles appear to be "IndoMie" instant noodles and their egg is well done on all three ramen orders. My wife & kid agreed that even the 2nd roll, a crunchy roll, had too much batter and compared it to the grocery store pre-rolled sushi. The grocery store rolls were without a doubt better in quality & appearance. Its okay, keep my $7+ dollars that you never refunded. A happy customer moves on and shares with the few that they're content. An upset customer spreads their discontent to many, including review sites. If you don't respect your time, care about customer service, getting food with poor quality & attention to detail, lies about a refund, then this place fulfills all these negatives!*You can see the picture of the spotted avocado roll I posted. Clearly the sushi chef didn't give a f¡#@ serving bad ingredients.Forgot to mention that less than an hour later I started to get an upset stomach & felt ill. I had the Tonkotsu Ramen. Had to have been the broth, egg or both.
We ordered for the first time through Uber Eats last week and it was delicious! Healthy pieces of fish, requested sides were present. We were impressed! We ordered again today and items were missing from our order, as well as sides of sauce and requested lemon slices (lemon and ponzu on a salmon roll is to die for). The pieces of fish on the nigiri were small this time, including one that was only half a piece. Uber Eats was great and refunded us for the missing pieces. Double check your items (or have your delivery driver double check) when ordering for take out.
After watching the movie The Ramen Girl with Brittany Murphy, I determined to find a ramen shop in town. I wanted to taste the "happiness" in a bowl of Ramen. This little restaurant is a small shop, mostly for Uber/Eat, or DoorDash, or ToGo, at least I got that feeling. Small waiting tables, boxes stacked up to the ceiling. "ORDER" she said with a tune, and I wait patiently for my happiness. The best bowl of black pork Ramen indeed. I ate the entire bowl, using the ladle and a pair of chopsticks, trying to slurp just like a poor imitation of Japanese, but who cares. I was happy.

I have eaten from here quite a few times and I can honestly say that this ramen can stand to be much better. I have only experienced the food through delivery so I have no complaints about staff. The food and broth always arrive hot and separately. However, I take issue with my asking for the pork to be sliced thinly and instead receiving large chunks of meat. There was also a piece of meat that was 100% fat. The greasiness of the broth is also an problem. Some is ok, but it coats everything inside of it with a thick layer as well your lips when you eat it. The flavor is of the broth is fantastic. I have never had their sushi so I cannot speak on it. If you want truly delicious ramen then I would not suggest this place. Jake's Rockin Ramen surpasses the ramen made here in every way and is the location I would recommend.
Really neat Family owned Sushi Restaurant! The food will bring You back again and again!
Told me they couldnt take my order because they were too busy. What a joke. These Asian places are way out of line with the pricing and the weird hours.?
Open the dining room. Your ramen is good but not good enough to have to eat out of paper containers.I had the miso which has enough pork broth to feel the collagen stickiness on your lips which I like. Good flavors, nice portions. When I can come back and enjoy it sitting inside the restaurant I will change it to 5 stars, so stop being a cheap s.o.b. and open up the inside seating.
Great portions, lovely tender meat in the Black Tonkotsu. I always get it with the mixed veggies. So scrumptious!
