Do not eat here. They have you waiting for hours to get seated even when it isn’t packed. Then you have to keep raising your hand for refill on your drink or whatever it is you need.

this place honestly sucks, so does management. feel bad for the workers and the new ones to come. The manager wasn’t even there for training had regular workers help me while they were also busy on the floor. in other work places usually your first day you’re supposed to shadow someone, well not here. they expect you to know everything right away. i don’t know how the manager is manager like she doesn’t even talk always makes someone else communicate for her. got sent home early because i “wasn’t”doing anything when i wasn’t even trained or told what to do i just figured it out myself or with a little help of another hostess there which is so sweet but treated so poorly by staff. overall lack of communication, lack of training and horrible attitudes.

Second time coming to this ihop and both times was serviced by Ivette she is the most friendly respectful server we have ever had she explains the menu well her service is above 100% .

The pancakes were cold, put on a small plate. The butter was hard so it tore up the pancakes. This is not like the IHOP I was use to going to. Unsatisfactory!!! Plus the floor was being mopped as we were eating, so we had to smell the odor from the mop!!! The meal was just horrible! The omelette that came with the pancakes was not very good either. I am just so unhappy with the food. Plus my friend was over charged for the meal! Can you believe that!
