The pancakes were cold, put on a small plate. The butter was hard so it tore up the pancakes. This is not like the IHOP I was use to going to. Unsatisfactory!!! Plus the floor was being mopped as we were eating, so we had to smell the odor from the mop!!! The meal was just horrible! The omelette that came with the pancakes was not very good either. I am just so unhappy with the food. Plus my friend was over charged for the meal! Can you believe that!

Horrible experience. We waited 30 minutes to get our food after we ordered and even then it wasn't complete. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes for the rest of our food to arrive. The manager should definitely step down. Clearly dose not know how to manage his/her team

Apparently IHOP false advertises kids eat free every weekday. I came to IHOP 11/13 and apparently because they ran a Veterans Day promotion earlier in the week, they would not honor kids eat free. What kids eating free on a Wednesday has to do with an expired promotion from 2 days ago, beats me. Service is fine, but tricking people to come eat at a sub par restaurant is pretty gross. A usually 15 dollar bill was $30 with taxes and tip for the poor waitress that had to explain the crooked policy.

Martha is amazing! Yesterday my pancakes got mixed up and they gave us buttermilk pancakes instead of specific ones I ordered. I called ahead to let them know about the pancakes. When I got there, Martha went above and beyond for me. Not only did she give me my specific pancakes but she also gave me a meal and offered a drink to go. She really went above and beyond for me and I am absolutely grateful to her. THANK YOU MARTHA!

There was hardly anyone in there. It took forever to get our food. We ran out of coffee. They were offered more or asked if we needed anymore. My friend ordered cheese on top of his eggs and they just put a handful of shredded cheese on top of it and didn’t melt it at all, these people are doing the minimum for real I wouldn’t go here again. They weren’t even busy it was like 8:30 in the morning usually at Denny’s or other IHOP I can be in and out of there in 45 minutes it took more than 45 minutes to get our food. I can see it sitting up there getting cold.

The food is great, but the price is wild!!!! Definitely be ready to spend minimum $50 for two. I will say this location is super clean and the staff are attentive. And the pancakes are yummy! Just price is high.

The website says curbside delivery, but after waiting 15 minutes after i informed them i was there, i had to go inside to see what is going on and my order was on counter getting cold and the lady said we don't do curbside anymore even though Website says they do. The food was good except for the super small amount of fries that were cold.
