Lately the burger patties at this location are getting smaller and thinner. My patty was stretched so thin there was a hole in the middle. Starting to feel like there's no protein in these burgers, just bread, lettuce and tomato. Even if you order a double, the way they make their patties, it still only equates to one patty. Very disappointing lately and not fair to the customers!

Is it against policy to order a side of chopped chillies? I’ve never had an employee beg me to get whole chillies before this store, lol. Would’ve taken him less time to grab me the chopped chillies than it took him to ask me, “can I just give you the whole chillies, man?” … I’m wondering if this is against policy or if y’all are just lazy because I’ve had several employees huff and puff when I ask for chopped chillies. It takes an extra thirty seconds to walk to the board to grab them. They literally deadpan stare into my eyes when I ask for a side of chopped chillies, and bring me back the whole ones as if they didn’t hear me. When I reiterate I want chopped, that’s when they get sassy as if they’re not the ones inconveniencing their customer. It’s so weird. You’re grabbing chopped chillies, not performing brain surgery

This location is quite busy, at least compared to our usual 'home location.' The staff were friendly, efficient, and maintained a very clean environment. The drive-thru had over 20 cars backed up into the parking lot. The team responded well, even adding a second person to assist in the parking lot. We were just passing through, but expect this place to be busy.
