Their customer service sucks. Depending on who is working, they close the restaurant early and shut off certain machines and don’t care about attending you. When you complain online, you’re supposed to receive a call from the store and I never did. They did not care. They check in to make sure that the store manager contacted you and I said no, and it said that they will be in contact with me and they never did again

I have never had a bad horse meat taco at Jack in the Box. I visit them every chance I can, the nearest one to me in Wichita is a 3-hour drive away. No salsa, extra lettuce, always worth the tummy ache every time.

Jazmin is rude and unapologetic for a 25-minute wait time for two standard burgers, and Anthony doesn't wear gloves or noticeably stop to wash hands while on taco station and switching from fry station and playing on their phone.
Not a good look and very unsanitary when the drive line is short with nobody inside.
I went through the drive thru but the service was good and fast. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was warm and tasted fresh.

Not only is a Jumbo Jack almost $7..... but for a fast food employee making $20.00 per hour and can even be bothered to write or identify what burger is what, is beyond ridiculous.... won't be back
