Ive gone there in the evening twice as of late. Once walk-in very close to closing and the staff didn't mention they were about to close and still took my order. The second time was drive-through around 11:up on a Friday, packed but the staff managed and was quick with orders. Best Jack in the Box around, the get the best workers.

They need to study ingredients. They just brought back their sausage bfast burrito, and they constantly forget the sauce that is SUPPOSED to come in it! Increased pay for the same negligence.

Horrible customer service! I’ve been to this location multiple times now and they ignore me at the counter every time i arrive to pickup or order and this location doesn’t have a kiosk yet like other jack in the boxes.
Second time I come and they are not taking orders when online it says they close at 330am. If you don’t like your job find a new one. This place should just close during the night shift because how is it ok to not take order when it’s your job to stay open til closing time. I was there way before closing time and I waited but two other car were in back of me and they too had to leave hungry because of these employees!!!!

Food is your typical fast food place. Clean and fast service.
Their customer service sucks. Depending on who is working, they close the restaurant early and shut off certain machines and don’t care about attending you. When you complain online, you’re supposed to receive a call from the store and I never did. They did not care. They check in to make sure that the store manager contacted you and I said no, and it said that they will be in contact with me and they never did again
